For Russian-speaking guests, the hotel has a representative, Anna, who promptly assists with any accommodation and service-related inquiries. The check-in process can sometimes be slow due to queues. Guests are often offered paid room upgrades to renovated rooms or bungalows closer to the sea for an additional fee of ten to fifteen dollars per night. In the event of plumbing or air conditioning malfunctions, staff provide a room change.

The buffet at the main restaurant features chicken, pork, beef, fish, and seafood dishes, as well as seasonal fruits such as papaya, guava, mango, and pineapple. In addition, there are four à la carte restaurants serving Italian, Chinese, Oriental, and Latin American cuisine. Throughout the day, grill areas serving burgers, sausages, and pasta operate near the beach and bungalows, and fresh lobster can be ordered for an extra charge. During peak hours, queues can form at the live cooking stations in the dining room, and there may be a shortage of available tables or cutlery. Periodic shortages of certain food items, juices, and butter may occasionally occur.

There are several bars across the property located in the lobby, by the pool, on the beach, and in the nightclub area. Guests highly praise the quality of the Cuban rum, the coffee in the specialized café, and the bartenders' skills in preparing classic cocktails. However, soft drinks and non-alcoholic cocktail mixers are sometimes made from powdered concentrates. Drinks at the beach bars are often served in small paper cups. Guests strongly recommend bringing your own insulated tumblers for trips to the beach.

Housekeeping replenishes bottled drinking water daily at a rate of 1.5 liters per room. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, televisions, complimentary safes, irons with ironing boards, and hair dryers. Renovated upgraded rooms feature standard European electrical outlets. However, minibars in most room categories remain empty or contain only a basic set of beverages. The hair dryers operate on the local 110-volt current, so their power may not be sufficient for quickly drying long hair.

Accommodations are divided between a main building with elevators and a large area of standalone bungalows. Rooms in the main building have been recently renovated, whereas the interiors and furnishings in the bungalows show noticeable wear. Daily towel and bed linen changes are carried out in all units. Due to the tropical climate, guests may occasionally encounter high humidity, damp odors, and insects such as ants or mosquitoes. Upon request, maintenance and housekeeping promptly arrange pest control treatments for the rooms.

The resort's beachfront is considered one of the widest and most scenic across the entire area. The gentle slope into the water with clean white sand ensures comfortable and safe swimming without sharp rocks or coral. The swimming area is free of dangerous marine life and motorized boats that might pollute the water. Sun loungers on the beach are plentiful for all guests, although some loungers and palm-leaf shade umbrellas are in need of refurbishment. Beach towels are provided daily, and a twenty-five-dollar fee is charged per hotel policy in the event of loss.

The animation team organizes daytime sports and recreational activities, including morning exercise, ocean aqua aerobics, volleyball, and dance lessons. The evening entertainment program consists of live music in the lobby, water shows by the pool, and themed stage performances. Starting at 11:00 PM, a nightclub opens for guests near the buffet restaurant. Some guests note that evening contests and stage performances may repeat over the course of a two-week stay.

Complimentary wireless internet access is provided to all guests throughout the entire hotel grounds. The signal is available in the rooms, lobby, near the pools, and even along the beachfront. Connection speeds are sufficient for comfortable messaging and reading the news. During periods of high hotel occupancy, brief network interruptions may occur.

The atmosphere at the hotel is well suited for peaceful family vacations and relaxing in nature. A significant portion of the guests consists of Russian-speaking travelers, as well as visitors from Canada and European countries. Background music and daytime activities are largely tailored to the predominant clientele. The resort is better suited for a relaxed beach holiday with children or as a couple rather than for lively youth party trips.
