I loved the hotel everything is wonderful; staff care; very delicious food; everything very clean and beautiful and its workers make your stay more pleasant and familiar you feel at home; The animation very entertaining in general everything I loved would repeat the visit.

It was so nice 😊, especially the food. 😁

I loved this hotel, this super cute, have good attention, tremendous hygiene, quality in the food anyway I loved everything.

Excellent attention, except in the a la carte restoration of the Ranch where the hall captain is a poorly educated stupid and the others have wrinkled faces. It is queued but I deviate to the precautions by the covid which I find very good.

Bad attention Very bad seems a camper and without offending anyone queue for dinner and lunch not ay quilts to cover very bad but bad care not hygiene for the prevention of covid in order in my life I come again because one pays a lot to spend it super and it is quite the opposite and is 4 stars but many of 3 stars I think the worst of 3 stars would overcome it.

The Buffet Restaurant Service Staff is very attentive, however in the other areas they do not manifest themselves correctly with customers
What I enjoyed the most was the sailboat trip to the reef, thank you very much for this experience.

It is an excellent hotel that I plan to visit this year, excellent attention and good food, which together with the best beach in the world, make it my preference.

I came to Tuxpan before Christmas and had a horrible experience. The hotel needs some serious updating, there’s mold in the rooms which also makes them smell like mold. Both my room and the couple we went with had rooms that smelt this way. The beach is beautiful I will give them that! The pool looks like it may have been fixed since this happen but there were broken tiles all throughout the pool. My boyfriend cut his foot open in the pool, had to get stitches and we ended up leaving early. It shouldn’t take someone getting hurt for them to fix this, but I’m glad nobody else has to go through this.

We had a lot of fun, pool was good, food was tasty, nightly entertainment was great.
Hotel staff was the best part. Beach was clean. Hotel could use some updating but if you’re only there for the sun, the beach and the booze then you’re good to go.

The good: Great attention of all those who work there. The concern about knowing if the client is pleased. Excellent service from the Miniclub for the. Care of children from 5 to 10 years. Varied and very well prepared food from the hotel. The bad: last week I was out and the elevators were not working. The rooms with a lot of musty smell. For others as well.

Quality and variety of the wonderful food, comfort in their rooms, services the way. A good place to enjoy with the family, you will be able to enjoy a good cocktail in the Piano Bar. Great staff and super charismatic.

It was a special holiday! a welcoming village with fantastic people … the animation is the real drag … has accompanied us every day without ever missing anything! I left a piece of heart there … I will return to see you a hug to all the staff.

Loved it because it is Cuba and not only. Nothing to compare with yet. This is the second time.

I have been going to this Hotel for about 14 or 15 years. I love the people, they are very friendly and make me feel at home. I have not been there since the Be Live Experience has taken over but I’m looking forward to seeing what they have done to improve the hotel.

Have gone to this hotel six years in a row. Love everything about it… staff is so friendly, food is good. It is an older, smaller hotel but beats the new big ones hands down.

If anyone in the priority domestic issue — it's not really for you. Fly the ocean in warm, turquoise — azure, thousands of miles away from home and send themselves to everyday problems, it is not correct. Yes the hotel is tired, Yes, a little humidity in the room, but there only to sleep and wash his body. The food is gorgeous, hungry, no one will. Only positive impressions.

My husband really liked the hotel. First, all inclusive: full Board buffet with delicious dishes, bars and a juice bar. The beach is great (like all machines), the rooms are cleaned twice a day. Plenty of souvenir shops for those who want entertainment. The rooms are cozy. Excursions to Havana, to the caves of Bellamar, etc.
