The only good thing is location. Staff is extremely rude, like almost confrontational. OMG, supposedly its All-Inclusive, its SOOOO BAD! There is 2 bars, 1 by the pool and 1 on the 2nd floor, kinda overlooking the pool. So you go to 2nd floor bar and ask for vodka orange juice, they say they dont have juice, they can give you vodka and you can GO AND CHECK at the pool bar if there is juice there… you must be kidding me! Next day, same story, pool bar has vodka, but no plastic cups, go get your cups from 2nd floor bar and come back for vodka (by the way it absolutely doesnt make sense to use so many plastic cups, they probably go though good thousand a day, no other option? ) same thing with mint for mojito and the rest of stuff. They are constantly "out" of something. Food is so disgusting, cant even describe, I shouldve taken pictures. Its mostly canned food, even veggies. Flies are everywhere. For the same cost we stayed in Varadero with way better value.
If you are on wheelchair, just forget it. There is no elevator in the building. Even ground floor has 7 steps. No ramp to get in the building. There were so many flies in buffet area, even two sparrows kept taking samples of food. Staff was not pleasant at all. Towels left on the floor were just put back not replaced. Wifi only worked in the lobby with the card you buy. Phone in the bed room didn't even had dial tone.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms in the new section were clean and the air conditioning worked great. The food was about a 2*. Same food every day and the ala carte also had the same thing g never changed. You need to get to meal time early as when they run out if food that's it. Towels, safe and patio door key are all extra costs. If you are looking for the Hilton, don't go. The beach though is beyond beautiful. You can walk quite far in both directions. Pool small.
