After a hard trip, I stumbled upon this small and charming hotel and had the most wonderful time and experience. The receptionists, the lovely Anđa, the overall look and feel of the hotel, the atmosphere, food, cleanliness, availability, and accommodation in the room, all that at a reasonable price. A great thanks to the entire staff. Big recommend!

We recently stayed at Hotel Inova in Zagreb and overall had a pleasant stay.
The rooms are very nicely furnished with a modern, slightly fancy atmosphere that makes the space feel comfortable and enjoyable to spend time in. It’s definitely a place where you feel good relaxing in the room after a day out.
The staff were also excellent – very helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.
However, there were a couple of things that could be improved, especially considering this is a 4-star hotel. The biggest issue was the hot water in the shower. The first person showering had warm water, but if a second person tried to shower shortly after, the water became completely cold. For a hotel of this category, consistent hot water should really be expected.
Breakfast could also be better. There was no proper hot water option for tea – the only way to get it was by pressing the hot water button on the coffee machine multiple times, which only gave about 50 ml each time. A separate kettle or boiler for hot water would make much more sense, especially for guests who don’t drink coffee.
In addition, there were no vegetables available at breakfast at all – no fresh vegetables and no grilled or cooked options. Adding at least a small selection would make the breakfast feel more complete.
Overall, the hotel has very nice rooms and great staff, but a few improvements to the hot water system and breakfast setup would make the experience much better.

Highly recommend this hotel AND its welcoming and helpful staff. I was not quite sure about a hotel directly across from the bus station. However, any doubt was gone when I walked through the door. Sven was working the front desk and was friendly and helpful. He stored my luggage and recommended a great Balkan restaurant within walking distance for lunch. The woman who worked the dining room during breakfast was also welcoming. The room itself was very nicely furnished with lots of outlets for technology. The windows opened for fresh air at night. Nice lighting. Great water pressure in shower. Price was reasonable. The location couldn't be more convenient with the central bus station across the street and the tram to the center city there, too.
