Great hotel, close to the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Zagreb. Spacious and bright rooms. Very nice staff. Excellent cuisine in the restaurant.

Reception staff is exceptional: super professional, quick and friendly. Great customer service. My room was very clean, cozy and spacious. The hotel itself is close to city centre, there’s public transit steps away, cabs available outside, good restaurants, coffee shops, money exchange all within walking distance. Great breakfast buffet!

Vegetarian Menu and staff at the restaurant are friendly and helpful. They have also kindly suggested to stay until 1pm (Check-out) to catch my flight. … Overall, I had a very nice stay in this hotel and a recommended hotel in Zagreb for a pleasant stay!

I had a good time in the three days spent there. The rooms were clean, the premises were nice and the food was not fantastic but anyway ok. In my opinion what they need to improve is the staff, sometime they proved to be lacking of competence. From a 4 star hotel actually I was expecting more.

Just an overnight. The room was big and comfortable, with some amenities like bedroom shoes and cattle for coffee or tea. Breakfast was reasonable.

A fairly nice hotel. The list price of the rooms compared to how nice it is was off based. I don't know how it compares to other hotels in Zagreb but my overall rating would be "fine. " Nothing great but still an ok place to stay.

A pretty standard hotel, it's my favorite to stay when I'm in Zagreb for business. It has standard amenities, good breakfast and the price per night is pretty good. It's only a 10-15 minute walk to the city center, which is actually a very nice walk. When going by taxi, it could get a little messy outside in the morning with the taxi reservations.

A hotel located in an industrial area on the edge of a huge expressway. Feasts given apparently every weekend directly in the hotel lobby with music all night long. Not possible to hope to sleep at least on the first 5 floors above.

To avoid, there is much better in Zagreb.

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms, almost new fitness center. On site restaurant with health food offerings is quite good for easy relaxed meetings. Located not too far to commute to the city center as well as office.

Very spacious rooms and a big bathroom. Yes bedrooms are very comfortable with city views. Hotel was a bit hot so had to sleep with the window open. Reception was a bit slow and bar was quiet… but the breakfast was great. Would say the hotel was great for morning persons. Pop to the casino next door for your late night drinks.

Pretty big deal for Zagreb but probably not that remarkable if you're used to travelling around Europe. On the plus side the staff are great, very polite and efficient. The down side for me is that Croatia is still very smoker friendly so although the hotel in general is non-smoking, the lobby still smells of cigarettes. Good breakfast buffet, limited room service and even more limited vegetarian options.

I spent only a night in this place. Everything was perfect, the room was tidy, the staff helpful. I left the place with good experiences.

Reception is nice. Rooms are spacious and very clean. I did not like the shower/bath. It is dangerous to get into the bath to shower. Breakfast is very nice and offers nice selectionof food. Restaurant has nice service, however meals do not have much of any taste. Internet isnot working well in the rooms. It works better in the lobby.

For the price, the equipment is at best average. Bracket in the shower is defective and the room vagitosis. Breakfast is OK but still offers air to the top.

The hotel is fairly well positioned to most if the tourist sights of Zagreb. It is clean and comfortable with obliging and friendly staff. The food was great with lots of options catering for all tastes. Recommended for those looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Zagreb.

Very friendly staff. Restaurant is very classy with good selection of international dishes and wines. On recommendation of my friend we drink Malvazija wine and it is very good. The waiter was polite and knowedgeable about his job.

Room and location Nice. Breakfast and staff rather mediocre. Fitness room OK.

Were just one night here. Entrance hall Noble and well entertained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Generally, all the staff here are very friendly. Room so lala. Tinted windows disturb the feeling of wellbeing. Carpet is stinky and worn out. Bathroom for a 4 star hotel a disaster. Incl. Mould.

Croatian airlines gave a voucher due to a flight delay. The buffet dinner provided was of low quality. Too many stodgy meat dishes and hardly any vegetables. The room was clean but had no coffee, just a percolator and two fruit tea bags. Couldn't heat the water enough even for the tea so gave up. Seemed to be the party floor and noisy voices, doors until about 5 am!

We were very happy with this hotel both from the room and restaurant point of view and we recommend it without any problem.

The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the center of Zagreb. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Friendly staff!

Flight was cancelled and the airline put us up at Hotel International. Staff was helpful. Units were small and mostly clean.

Great Four star hotel. Breakfast buffet. Tried the restaurant service for dinner and did not disappoint. Rooms of the right size and impeccable winter air conditioning (I only tried it in winter months). A fifteen minute walk to the center.

This was my second stay at this Hotel and again found the Staff most helpful nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful buffet breakfast for all tastes. Evening meal was tasty well cooked and of a high standard. This visit myself and a friend were on crutches so not fully mobile and the staff were very helpful. We only had to ask and things were done/changed or added. Well done to you all Sretn Bozic Nova Godina x.

Great hotel, spacious and clean rooms, restaurant all in all good. Apart from the Wi-Fi which does not take to perfection in all the rooms, the only downside is the organization of the breakfast buffet. The coffee/tea area is compressed in a corner causing consistent queues. It would suffice to divide it into two places in distant locations to solve the problem.

Everything was great. Polite staff, no complaints on the room — everything worked properly and as a clock. The center of the city. Only Breakfast is monotonous, but nevertheless very tasty.
