Hostel Bureau Hostel

This hostel is completely awesome. The staff is great, they helped us a lot with local advice. They booked us a nice trip to travel to our next destination. And for us, who wanted a bit of peace after our long day of discovery, the quiet atmosphere was perfect. It didn't stop us tough from meeting with people. Nice and clean place! I would definitely recommend for a longer stay in Zagreb. Truly a hidden gem☺

The location was PERFECT! Just a couple of minutes by walk to the main centre and the Cathedral! And nearby you can find supermarkets and transports. People working there were kind and helpful while the guests I met there were nice! The room I stayed in had a great view on the Cathedral and also a really long balcony connecting my room to the others. The bed was comfy and I had two functional power outlets, great! Wifi perfectly worked! I was on the third floor and there wasn't a lift (what a pity! ), but worth the money I spent on it for sure! About the bathrooms, I can say that they could have been clearer (pieces of toilet papers on the floor and some sinks were a bit dirty), but that depends also on theother guests in the hostel! REALLY REALLY SUGGESTED!

I booked that Hostel as a friend of mine did volunteer work there. I had a 6 dorm room and firstly it looked fine. The aircon wasn’t properly working and it was pretty hot but the balcony window was open so it wasn’t to bad. The bathrooms are tiny and the setup gives you zero privacy or any way you can change without being seen by other ppl. In the Night my dorm mates where behaving really inappropriate WHAT is NOT the Hostels fault BUT in the morning I told the girl who cleaned the room that particular bed needs to be cleaned properly what did NOT happened and also the other bed wasn’t changed after checkout. Totally unhygienic and gross. I left after that night as I didn’t feel comfortable staying in such unhygienic place. I complaint when I left. Can NOT recommend that Hostel at all from a social vibe or hygienic perspective.

Lovely Hostel, The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I got lucky and had my own room for my duration, even though I booked a room for four people. This place is super clean! They clean several times a day. I was treated with respect from all staff. I would definitely come again. A little difficult to find, but once you do find it, its easy to remember! Bravo!

Very clean hostel, one of the cleanest I have ever been and so close to the city centre.

The best hostel in 2 weeks. The 6 bedder was huge, loved the space and balcony. Cupboards with keys provided. Individual towels, power points and night light for each bed. Kitchen a bit small and stove was out of order when I stayed, but those were small issues. Hostel is close to town and staff were all very friendly.

It is very well located and the value for money is great.

The hostel was super clean, the rooms are nice, well decorated. Bathrooms were all new and clean! Perfect stay!

Me and my 2 friends had a great time. The staff is young and helpful. After check out we were allowed to keep our luggage in a free locker and to come and go to our liking throughout the day.

A nice and cheap hostel in the centre. It even has parking space. I would stay there again and do highly reccomend.

Excellent location A few steps from the center of Zagreb, but thanks to its excellent location is still very reserved and quiet, also the hostel and very clean, staff prepared and available to all requests.

"Bureau" is an excellent hostel, top location — the next street across the cathedral, kind and friendly staff, clean and warm rooms, and funny inscriptions in the male toilet. I'm coming again!

The staff is fantastic, smiley and very helpful. They canceled my reservation by mistake, but in few minutes they gave me better room for the same price. Location is perfect and the hostel itself is fresh with brand new furniture.

Location very close to the city centre, with free on-site parking. Friendly staff, clean place. Only small downside, the size of the showers.

Beyond all expectations. Here you get excellent client service, the staff are all very friendly people, the rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, the whole furnishing and design is contemporary and on point and there's nothing I can complain about. Excellent 10/10, I recommend!
Not to mention, the prices are great.

Kind of a weird hostel, looked a bit too much like an hotel. Comfy bed though it was a little hard to climb on the top bunk since it had no side rails. Air conditioning throughout the hostel! No free tea or coffee, the kitchen is on a different floor than the common rooms. Common rooms are big with lot of space and couches, and they also have a pool table and a foosball.

The staff is friendly and helpful and quickly and decisively handled issues with other tenants in our dorm. The hostel has all the basic amenities and a general ambiente. It is fairly high value for your money. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Zagreb.

Very kind personal and cost-benéfict. Crean and comfortable!

This is a school. There are student living here, but they are normally quiet. There is also a pool table here, a computer room, table football, and lots of other stuff. Also saw some weard stuff here.
