Great 4 Star hotel! Very nice and frendly staf. Good breakfast. Train stop to the city center is in front of the hotel. Sauna and pool are includet. Pool is 25 degree and jakuzi 35 degree. Rooms are clean and nice. If you need anything (extra beeding, a heater, you just ask, and you will get it. Hotel parking is convinient.

Toilet doors at the lobby area are very heavy, be aware that it’s very easy to get your fingers stuck in the door what happened to me. For the rest, staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and luxurious.

Our flights out of Zagreb were cancelled, so we had an extra night. We already experienced the sights, etc. So we picked this hotel for its proximity to the airport. We spent most of our remaining time in Zagreb on the hotel patio. The staff was amazing — so friendly and fun. We had great food as well.

I highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton because every time we stay here they keep consistent with their hospitality, cleanliness, friendly and courteous staff. Fitness/Spa Center is excellent. Breakfast is pretty good too. I always look forward to staying here.

Such a lovely hotel. Am staying here (with my dog! ) for 7 days and couldn’t recommend it more. The rooms are lovely and all the staff super welcoming and friendly.

Relax and enjoy! Just what we needed after a great hike around the city.

Clean and spacious room. Toilet slightly small. Only concern was the mild external road work noise that last till 3am.

Friendly staff and clean hotel. Food was great and amenities are good. They have heated swimming pool and gym on the 10th floor. The only complain is the heated pool is still cold as it is set upto 25 degree only.

A new and excellent addition to the DoubleTree brand. All the facilities are up to date. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, even the "standard" ones. The restaurant serves a good dinner. The breakfast room was full when I came and had to sit outside. Not a problem with great weather but not so good in other seasons. Very nice gym and swimming pool on the tenth floor with a fantastic panorama view. 10/10 would come again.

We are a group of 21 pilgrims from the Philippines doing our pilgrimage in the Adriatic Coast. We stayed overnight at DoubleTree by Hilton and everyone of us were contended with the staff, ambiance and specially the amenities of DoubleTree. We felt at home unlike the other hotels we stayed in. Food and services were good. Keep up the good work!

It is a modern style hotel with a good view and location. Very courteous staffs.

I stayed for two days. We don't use all of the auxiliary facilities, but we like all the facilities in the room. It is neat and elegant. I think I'll be here again next time I come to Zagreb.

It's a great hotel. I like it everything. The staff is really well trained, they always had a sincere smile and were very helpful. Check in was very welcoming, a nice cookie was included. Room was modern, comfortable and functional. Gym pool area was super nice, the lady there was really friendly and her smile was contagious. The one th8ng I did not like is that some toiletries were on request… It is just annoying to have to ask for small things like shaving cream.

If this hotel has rooms left and I'm arround I book here! Modern, nice rooms, good breakfast, friendly personal.

We had a great experience at the Doubletree. The room was really nice and the bed was really comfortable. I loved the nice big pillows. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

DoubleTree was our official wedding party hotel. They made such an effort to make things right for all of our guests. I really appreciated it. The rooms are clean, modern and very nice. The staff is super nice & helpful. Breakfast was really good. The check-out situation took a bit longer, but with 50 rooms checking out at the same time (our wedding guests) it is understandable.

Felt like Nyc, London, World! Kind and hepful staff, from the lobby, caffee, to the gym manager. Infinity pool Manhattan style, with the city view. Superb desserts and drinks. Was here for the first time yesterday, but have to come back. My son didn't want to leave! Very close to the city center.

Really enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The location, Midway between downtown and the airport is perfect for a one night stay in Zagreb. Love those cookies too!

Really comfortable atmosphere to stay. Fine food and kind services. The restaurant has good music and nice workers too. No feeling of cheating or money oriented signs at all.

Perfect hotel. Rooms are incredibly clean and fresh. The only reason why I'm giving the hotel 4/5 is the location and also I think it's sad that a high class hotel like yours charge 20 euros for early check in when we were there at 12:45 and the room was ready. I could understand it if we arrived at 06:00 in the morning, that calls for a early check in fee but no, we had to sit with our luggage like unwanted guests and patiently wait.

Location, hotel staffs and Check-in experience : 5 star, very friendly and offered warm cookies Room 4.5 stars, very big window, clean and comfortable. Gym and indoor swimming pool: 5+ star, we were there at 10am, it was empty. Nice pool, great sauna area! And relaxing seats at the window. Breakfast: 3 stars considering this is a Hilton, choices is very limited…

The best Hilton group hotel I've stayed at, ever. All the facilities are new, modern clean and well maintained. Staff are professional and welcoming. Excellent breakfast buffet. The gym and spa on the 10th floor is a stunning feature, which is very well managed by Caroline. Thank you for a lovely stay. This is what all hotels should be like. We will definitely visit again.

Really, really nice hotel! The layout is modern, the room itself, the same, the bathroom design, with split shower and bath, is great. Very well equipped gym, fantastic swimming pool and jacuzzi with terrific views from the tenth floor, lovely sauna… I enjoyed every second at the hotel, and the staff was incredibly nice. The breakfast buffet is the best way to start your day, with a lot of different things to choose in an elegant restaurant, with very good olive oil for my toasts (they didn't have shredded tomato, but prepared it for me), pink Himalayan salt…, good stuff! If you can get your room in the west side of the ninth floor you are going to enjoy amazingly beautiful sunsets, believe me (^_-) I will choose the same hotel the next time I go to Zagreb, for sure.

Proper gym. Good service. Good food in the hotel and in nearby restaurants. Breakfast abit expensive for what you get maybe but they had what I wanted. One of the best hotels visited in long time.

IMHO, the best hotel in town.

Very friendly reception staff, nice new hotel. Could be closer to town but convenient if travelling by taxi. Food actually quite reasonably priced by uk prices. We stayed on a Sunday and little choice for food in local area as everything in shopping centre closed. Thus we eat in the hotel.

I went to see one of my best friends, who lives in Zagreb. He recommended to me this hotel. It has an excellent location. I arrived at the train station and then got straight on the tram to the hotel. The surprise of my visit here was that I had Black Friday which meant discount steaks. Dinner was one of the best ones I have had in a long time and it was cooked perfectly.

I had the chance to visit Zagreb in December 2012 and I was lucky enough to pick this particular hotel for my stay. The spacious room with large bed (not two single mattresses joined together which are quite common in Europe but a quality mattress) and the excellent service were highly appreciated.
