The location of the apartment was good, the staff at the reception were lovely, and at first glance the rooms looked quite nice and modern, but almost everything else was a let down. There were smears and stains over most of the surfaces. The air con was really loud and annoying. The TV control was running out of batteries and didn't work. The bed was a small double despite being advertised as a large. The apartment was 4 floors up with no elevator. Then there were all the broken things: — The shower head and shower curtain were both broken meaning that the floor got soaked with each use — bedside lamp didn't work — bin broken — blinds broken In total, there were numerous things that made the apartment really irritating to stay in, but could easily be fixed.
