Fooled by these good reviews. It’s a pretty old dated hotel. We booked a double room non smoking but ended up the room is filled with cigarette smell. Asked the receptionist for a change she told me hotel is full. Refused to help us. What a stupid excuse. In the end my group tour leader went down to complain and we got a replacement room but is a smaller room. Hotel manager admitted that room shouldn’t be smoking. : (
Room amenities are basic. Shampoo and bath gel are of inferior quality. No tissue box provided. Bath shower stall drainage is also very slow. Water temperature also fluctuates a lot during showering. Sometimes cold and sometimes hot.
We will never be back.
Rooms are ok.
Service is bad. Staff is not profesional, and act arogant.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel—it’s well-suited for business travelers. The amenities are convenient and practical. I appreciated having a pool; while it’s not large, it’s perfect for a quick swim. There’s also a whirlpool, though I found the water could have been hotter. The breakfast was excellent, and I loved having several dining options both within the hotel and nearby. Overall, a solid choice for comfort and convenience during business trips.
