We stayed at this hostel as it was really the only budget option we could find in Samobor.
Overall, it wasn't the nicest hostel I've stayed at since the rooms which we're assigned are more like a cubicle within a bigger room and space is quite limited within each one. If I opened my suitcase on the floor, it took up most of the floor space.
The layout also means you're effectively sharing the room with about 20 others and you can also hear everyone. There are lockers in the rooms but it didn't seem like the most secure.
The place did seem clean though and they provided us with bedding and towels, although the towel was more like a hand towel size. They also had big common areas downstairs which was necessary since it's almost impossible to hang out in the rooms.
I slept in this hostel 3 weeks in the summer 2010 year. We construction workers slept here and worked on the construction of the Lidl supermarket building before got opened in Samobor. Great memories!

The staff is so great, they work so hard to enjoy your stay, they usually clean the place, they are very friendly they going to try their best to enjoy your best, giving advices and helping you, if you need something just ask them they will don't refuse to offer you these services, and also about the security at night, you are going to have a pass code to enter in the hostel so you are safe on the night. My experience there was soooo great I was in an Erasmus project for 10 days and I enjoyed my stay. One little thing, you going to assume there are some people like you as well that wants to go the bathroom or kids that wants to play, but that's fine, I think you have to tolerate them as well, the STAFF will talk with them to stop doing that if they are so loud during the midnight. I enjoyed a lot there thank you so much, the Samobor adminstration for everything, everybody who works there I appreciate them so much!
