Villas in Split-Dalmatia CountyVilla

Amazing villa.

This place is the perfect location and the perfect venue.
Firstly the location, it is a small distance away from Trogir and it is very close to some great beach areas.

Friendly staff, high level of cleanliness, close to beaches with natural shade. I am very satisfied.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Gomila. The host went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable.

Family run hotel in a great location with beautiful views over the sea and the mountains. Spotlessly clean.

The breakfast was more than one could just wish: vegetables, various fruits, musli, smoothie, pancake, rolls etc. Nicely served.

Drago was an extremely congenial host. His villa is his life. He loves his guests and takes great care. The rooms are simple, tidy and cleaner than a hospital.

We stayed here for a couple of days. Right beside the beach, close to bars and restaurants. The accomodation is bright, clean and great value for money.

A very nice stay, almost at a hotel level. After staying at this villa, we moved to a nearby hotel, and believe me, this villa was much better than that hotel.

Top class. Couldn't fault anything. The hosts where brilliant. Cleaner lady was very helpful. Studio apartment was very clean. We had clean towels, and the bin got cleaned every day.

Everything was excellent! warm welcoming, beautiful villa, superior rooms with extraordinary view! beach available next to the building! definetly one of this places that You want to come back!

On our late arrival due to flight delays, Antonella had had to wait until late to welcome us. Despite it being several hours after her shift finished she was so warm and welcoming.

Thank you for the wonderful holiday with you!
100% recommendation.
Sunny greetings from — Sabrina.

A fantastic accommodation with a very good location, excellent breakfast and a breathtaking view — highly recommended!
During our short vacation in Makarska we stayed in this very good accommodation.

The best place to stay in Brač. The nicest hosts Anka and Štefan. ❤❤❤

We are still self congratulating ourselves for picking such an amazing place — Thank you Teo for providing such a lovely villa.

Stayed here for a week. What a Villa. Has everything plus more. It’s exactly like the photos. You won’t be disappointed! Make sure you take the boat trip that’s an extra with the Villa.

Clean apartments, perfect location and friendly service.

Beautiful place. Great owners. Shop in the building. There is a restaurant opposite. Beach across the street. A beautiful view of the sea from the balcony.

A perfect house for family holiday! Everything we needed was there, very comfortable beds, terraces all around the house, pool kept clean by owners, so close to the beach just across the small street.

On of the best apartment! Rooms are cleans, service 5*. Coast is 10 meter far away from building. Restaurant is also really good! I can only recommend it! Wish the best! Greetings from Hungary.

We were on site in October 2020. Great hotel — small but nice. Everything tip top, staff, food, ambience. All super nice and friendly. Cleanliness at its finest. The food 1A.
I can only recommend.

Exceeded all of our expectations! The people were lovely and the service was really good. The room was brand new, really clean and just beautiful. The beds were really nice and soft.

A bit more expensive than other vacations in this area — but definitely worth it! The hotel is super clean, the location exceptional and the private beach area the best on the coast…

The owner are very special always ready to help and give nice suggestions, she offers a dinner with fresh fish grilled… wonderful view on the sea from our apartment balcon.

The most most beautifull place in Croatia.
Position and view is incredible.

This boutique hotel was well appointed, comfortable with impeccable service. They go out of their way to make sure guests are pleased. I highly recommend this facility.

Everything was perfect. Even the smallest details were calculated exactly so you can feel great for the whole stay at them. Delicious breakfast. Rooms were super clean. Definetly coming back 🤗

We had a pleasant stay overall.
Pluses:
Excellent location – just 2 minutes from the seaside promenade with plenty of restaurants by the sea.
The room was very clean and well-maintained.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a room with nice view. Room was clean, kitchen fully equiped and staff friendly. On top floor they have two pools with nice view.

Stayed at this apartment recently and it was amazing! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the sea, which was a huge plus.

We were here in 2024 and back this year (2025). The hospitality and kindness from owner Tommy is so nice, so we couldn't resist to visit the same place.

My family and I stayed at the wonderful Villa 21 — Apartment 5 for 11 nights in August 24. The apartment is very modern and is immaculate with high quality furnishings.

Great location close to the beach and port. Both Villas are new and finished with high quality materials / furnitures. Great swimming pool and very friendly owner who is always around to help.

Very nice place to stay. Good location, 3 min walk to the sea 😍 apartments with terrace or balcony 👍 Recommend!

We arrived earlier, but Hitka and Bili handled it extremely flexibly. We can also confirm that they are really kind and helpful hosts. Parking is available around the apartment.

Fantastic hosts, so friendly, made to feel very welcome.
Our apartment had the most amazing view and was spotlessly clean.
Everything was perfect.

A quality stay. No dramas and the service was excellent. Best accommodation of my trip.

City Tax: if you book through Expedia or Booking. Com at any Trogir old town hotel you will pay a city tax. That is not the hotel’s fault.

The hotel was old but clean, the rooms were cleaned daily, the stairs to the top floor are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Quaint little town with some nice restaurants and a great hotel. Would recommend Villa Samac greatly.

Very nice hotell, quiet and calm, but still close to the beach.
Nice staff.

I really like this acomodation. Friendly atmosphere.

Beautiful luxury Villa. Can highly recommend to stay here. Staff are fantastic and the rooms are modern with all amenities. The view is full 180 degrees of ocean.

We had a fantastic time at the villa. Mirjam gave us a warm welcome, and our sea view room was spotless.
