Staff all excellent, happy and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Great that the air conditioning in the room stayed on to let you come back to a cool room. Room extremely clean. Nice to have a balcony although it is shared with one other room. Room made up on third day — beds made and more toilet paper given, but not cleaned. Two issues — fridge does not function as a fridge and doesn’t cool. The hot water in the shower also runs out very quickly (after 2 mins) the next person then has to wait a while for it to be warm again. Great location and nice to have a small gym too, along with sauna and cold bath.
We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful, especially when it came to providing information and arranging transportation. The hotel was lovely, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

A modern and beautiful hotel with a consistently high standard. We were always greeted with a smile at reception, and the service was excellent throughout our entire stay.
The rooms are of a very high standard, and we were lucky enough to have a large terrace with a fantastic view over the city. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Breakfast offered a great and varied selection, and everything was regularly replenished, keeping the buffet fresh and inviting.
The location is another big plus. The hotel is very centrally located, just above the Old Town, with only a short walk to most attractions, restaurants and other places of interest.
What really made the difference for us was the service on our last day. We had to check out before breakfast due to an early flight, and the hotel prepared takeaway breakfast bags for our entire group, including baguettes, juice, fruit and snacks. A small gesture that says a lot about the level of service at this hotel.
We can highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the city! 😊
