I had a great stay at this guest house. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The location is also very central, making it easy to get around.
What really made the experience stand out was the owner. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. When my friends' booking at another place fell through, he took the time to call around and helped them find accommodation for the night. That level of kindness and hospitality was truly appreciated.
I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

This was the perfect place to end our adventure across the Balkans. The room was spacious, well-appointed and had excellent Wi-Fi. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was outstanding.
The location is awesome as well — close (but not too close) to Old Town and the Harbor (easy walk from the Ferry, although a bit uphill). Wonderful restaurant (Villa Diana) steps from the property (we ate there six times during our stay) and Bacvice Beach is an easy walk as well.
The owners (Marko and his Dad) were great and made sure we were well taken care of. We will stay here again the next time we travel to Split.

Stayed for 1 night awaiting a cruise in Split. The room was clean and spacious enough. We were on the ground floor backing the alley. We did not know that this was a parking area. It was loud with others making their way to and from their vehicles. The location of the House was excellent. Marko was polite and helpful. He picked us up from and drove us back from the airport reliably. The room met all our needs and is a great value. We would stay here, again, if returning to Split.
