Our experience was disappointing because several key amenities were presented in a MISLEADING way.
The biggest issue was the breakfast. Nowhere in the listing is it clearly stated that breakfast IS NOT SERVED AT THE PROPERTY. Instead, guests receive vouchers for partner cafés, meaning you have to leave the accommodation every morning and deal with transportation and parking. Had this been clearly disclosed, we would have chosen different accommodation.
The property also advertises PARKING, but it IS PAID and subject to AVAILABILITY, with this information only appearing in the fine print of the cancellation policy.
The apartment provided only two bath towels, one hand towel and one bath mat. Even after requesting extra bath towels, none were provided. The original towels were worn, and one was dirty, although they were replaced after we reported it. Bathroom amenities were also insufficient for a five-night stay.
The staff were polite and responsive, but they refused our request to exchange the unused breakfast vouchers for parking as a goodwill gesture.
Finally, this is NOT a hotel, but a self-service apartment building. Greater transparency in the listing would help guests make an informed choice.
The location was a little tricky to find but the owners were super communicative and helpful. I loved the bathtub in the room and the large windows with a view of the city. The only things that didn’t work for me was that there is no elevator so I had to carry a 50 lb suitcase up and down numerous flights of stairs. Also the room did not have a mini fridge or a microwave. But those aren’t dealbreakers! I would visit again and I would also recommend.

DO NOT BOOK! Misleading, unsafe, and awful location.
Calling this place a "hotel" is a complete joke. It’s actually a self-built structure turned into a daily-rental apartment, squeezed right next to a garbage collection point.
There is no front desk and zero daily cleaning service. The neighborhood is filthy and feels completely unsafe, especially at night. On top of that, security is non-existent—the front door stays open all the time without any passcode needed. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay.
