We had an incredible time at the hotel Eden — room was modern, luxurious and comfortable. Excellent sea views from restaurant and the pool.

Perfect room, great view, close to Split, wonderfull pool, beach right at hotel, really friendly and helpfull staff… and the best Mojitos we have come across in Croatia! Will return!

Stunning view, outdoor pool and sea access. Lovely room with very private balcony. Off season is great value if you get the right deal. All staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. Make you feel really important and welcome.

It's not just the sunshine which helps to make a good holiday and in Croatia we have sun in abundance. We are also experiencing the benefits of the staff here, everyone without exception is a professional, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them, will definitely return here again and again. Well dobe to all the staff.

A very nice hotel with pool and meadow. The way to the sea is quickly reached by a few stairs. Breakfast and the restaurant are highly recommended.
Especially nice is the older gentleman at the reception. He speaks very good German and has given us good tips for trips to Split or Omis and he always has a friendly word ready.

Very nice hotel and super friendly staff. One should not be deceived upon arrival by the first impression (exterior facade). The facility inside is top maintained and modern. The pool with lying area and loungers are great. Great breakfast and also dinner is delicious. The access to the beach is unfortunately not so well maintained and there is also no separate compartment for hotel guests.

Fantastic small hotel on the outskirts of Split, Croatia. Very personal service, staff are friendly and remember your room number etc. The restaurant serves a very nice breakfast and dinner, with pool service all day for drinks etc. Plenty of sunbeds but unfortunately not enough umbrellas. Right on the beach and a short walk from a busy marina with restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious and clean with modern decor.

Thank you for alovely stay. Really nice hotel quiet and comfortable rooms, beautiful views from most rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff who work very hard. I'm sure the new pool will be a welcome addition to the hotel. As the access to the rocky beach is very steep. Nice restaurants within walking distance t in both directions along the beach. Take care when using and crossing the main road as it's busy.

Really had great experience, stuffs are friendly, helpful and very cooperative which I really appreciate. Commute to split old town very easy from hotel if want to go for plitvice day tour very convenient. Definitely recommend hotel Eden.

Hotel Eden was the great escape into beautiful vacation. Great swimming pool, excellent staff and stunning view! Definitely will come again!

Beautiful location, nice path by the sea to beautiful beaches, swimming pool well heated, view and quiet very pleasant. Bus stop to Split in front of the hotel, but it's better by car. The staff is super nice, from the maid to the receptionist passing through the server. Really, we had a great week with the kids and grandparents. There are so many beautiful things to visit…

Friendly personnel, disappointing breakfast and dinner, view is ok but not great, good bed but bad shower, rather small rooms.

Had dinner here as not many places to have a nice meal lots of fast food sadly very good atmosphere looking out to setting sun will be back.

We highly recommend this hotel. The staff were so fabulous, always smiling and attentive to our needs. Great breakfast and two lovely waitresses. Very helpful & knowledgeable reception staff, able to give advice and point us in the right direction at all times. Rooms were kept clean and tidy by the brilliant housemaids. A great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Looking forward to popping back there again as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A big thank you to all the staff at Hotel Eden.

Very nice and cosy small hotel. Staff was very helpfull. Small terace at hotel's restaurant was very cosy. Reading a book, drinking coffee with nice, non-intrusive staff happy to help with information.

Wonderful little hotel, situated in the middle of the tourist strip but set back from the sea and feels more tranquil than it should. Staff are wonderfully helpful, hotel is clean and rooms are sufficiently spacious.

Very nice and clean rooms, location is close to the beach, very quite place.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they're lovely and they have a wealth of knowledge they're very willing to share. Beds are very wide and very comfy, water pressure is very good and the view is absolutely fantastic. It's a little far from the centre of split but buses are regular and cheap and the benefit of being further out is that there is plenty of quiet coast line to swim around. The breakfast buffet is great (especially the fresh croissants), there's a bar but they don't serve cocktails which is a shame! Restaurants and a big supermarket are a 2 minute walk as well.

The location was excellent.
