All very clean good food and all very friendly.

2nd time at this hotel. Beautiful clean and food lovely. Staff helpful. Will be returning definatley would recommend. Thankyou for making our holiday.

For me nothing to say for the room big enough for two people and clean, the great reproach the buffet, after the first two days you went around, after you eat because you have to eat. At 'welcome a lady speaks great French that helped us a lot. The great beach, the beautiful water, plus a great walk along the sea that's a treat. To finish the price is by no means justified.

Can't really fault this place. Had a fantastic holiday. Staff are incredible. So helpful. Rooms are immaculate and the amount of storage is insane! Could go for 3 weeks and still have extra space. Beds are very comfortable, can always ask for more pillows too. Only extra thing I would've liked was a fridge in the room. Pool area is lovely, lots on sundbed. Could not be closer to the beach. Literally take 10 seconds from the pool. I'm a very fussy eater so I did struggle but everyone I went with said the food was amazing and they had no complaints.
So much do do locally as well, again hotel staff were amazing in helping us the organise everything. Would recommend this to anyone! You won't be disappointed.

It is all inclusive hotel, with large pool and sea in front of it. Rooms are large, very clean and bed is comfortable. Food is delicious and it includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, two snacks and all you can drink. I highly recommend it. It is right in front of beautiful and clean Adriatic sea.

One of rare hotel in whole Croatia who offer all inclusive service. Beach property and free umbrellas at poll. Beach just few steps away.

Cheap, good quality food for an all inclusive in Europe and Croatia is a beautiful country that must be seen. This hotel is modern and clean. Just needs more going on in the evening (music in the bar would be a good start with mood lighting — not the garish lighting they currently have) and ALL cocktails need to be included in the all inclusive. Not only one. Still, Tucepi is about half a mile walk down the beach and there are some great cheap bars and restaurants there should you want to get out for the night. Staff are very polite and do their best with English guests. This place mainly entertains Germans and Dutch… For now. Get here before it is spoilt!

Alles war super. Essen klasse, Zimmer klasse viel Platz, Pool großzügig und toll super Lage und kurzer weg zum Strand, Strand sauber. Einfach ein super klasse Urlaub.

Really clean and nicely decorated rooms. Plenty of food on the Buffet Great location. Its a stunning area.

Fantastic structure, both in the central unit and in the detached units (restructured). Great Restaurant A true all inclusive as it should be. Compared to a few years ago it became overpriced for them a hotel in Tucepi.

The cleanliness in the room as well as otherwise in the grounds was great. Also the food was quite pleasant and sufficiently varied. The drinks offered were often quite sweet again, but in my view there were good alternatives.
The only smear that was to be made during a holiday with two smaller and one big child: The children's animation had, in contrast to last year, clearly diminished, it was more for adults — and also there was no real talk of "animation", you had to always Be behind.

Good hotel. Very clean. Our room was more than adequate, having a decent shower and comfy beds. What made the room excellent was the view, fantastic! Staff are always friendly and willing to help with any enquiry, also well presented with a clean, smart, casual uniform. The food was quite good, even though it catered more for the German/French clientele, with a decent choice every meal. The evening entertainment was OK but again, leaned more to the other Nationalities frequenting the hotel, nevertheless, entertaining. The rooms are cleaned every day, with towels, shampoo, soaps etc replaced on a daily basis. The wine is definitely watered down, but spirits and beer taste "untouched". Overall a very good hotel in beautiful surroundings, and only 10 meters from a pebble beach (shame).

This is a really good and very clean little hotel. I can only continue to arches this House. Very good food very very nice staff and really always reachable at small or big worries. I'm really impressed. People leave here and convince yourselves. I can only say geil.

If you are English be prepared to be ignored and to be treated like you are invisible! Most of the guested are German and rude! Staff at the hotel are polite and helpful but English is not a common language. Food good and drinks easily available. If you don't mind being ignored then it's the holiday for you. Overall the resort is lovely and the near by village is nice too. If your ok making your own adventure and not relying on locals you will be fine. Good luck and enjoy!

Pleasant place to visit. Quiet enough to relax but close enough to have fun. Car hire is recommended for exploring Croatia. Ryka water falls, city of split (game of thrones filmed there) and island hoping is recommended.

I honestly think this is possibly one of my favourite holidays ever! All the staff are so lovely and are happy to help with whatever request you have. The food is amazing and all the small details they put in make this holiday extra special!

Great facility, good Internet, food is also great, friendly and nice staff, only recommended.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms. The kitchen is varied and there is something for everyone. The animation offers many highlights for children and adults. The beach and the promenade are approximately 200 — 500 metres.

The pool looks bigger in the pictures. But still a great pool. Breakfast and Dinner had good quality. But lunches was a bit dull. Most all inclusiv drinks have been added water in it. Also the eleveators are verry small and tight. The rooms are great.

The staff were very friendly, the food was very good, the beach was very nice.

It's all inclusive but both the drinks and the food are very poor quality. In the pool bar there is very little offer of drinks.

We are here for the fifth time in the Hotel Neptun. Now in May it is not so overflowing, there have not yet opened all shops on the promenade. The service is great, the staff from the front desk to the maid are all very friendly. We like it great.

Fantastic hotel for food and location. Friendly staff everyone very helpful. The only complaint I would have is the limited entertainment. Other than that can't recommend highly enough!

3 stars, not only to match the category of the hotel, but also for the general experience. It is true that we went to the most busy period (mid-August), but hey, you have to say stop to the construction of the ancillary residences when you see the overcrowded pool and overloaded with deckchairs. The restaurant in self-service is OK, although I would have liked to have more freedom regarding the schedules.
