Amazing location. Staff super friendly… Fabulous.

The location is beautiful, but the hotel was not. It's big & impersonal. The staff never smiled and were not helpful. I was all inclusive, the drinks were awful. The restaurant was like a huge canteen, it was noisy, huge queues, food was cold by the time you got back to table. Had to wait ages for a drink. There was no air con in bedrooms, we were told it had been switched off! Would definatly not stay here again.

The hotel was lovely, plenty of choice for food. Rooms were clean and comfy. Area is very nice and the weather was perfect. Pools were not too busy and seats around were plenty. The only thing wrong with the hotel was very unfriendly staff. Only 3 were happy smiling. The others were just very cold, uninterested almost to the rude stage. First holiday place we have encountered this.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Kept all cleaned and tidy all of the time. Staff always speak food was great.

Hotel is spotless, staff are friendly but would be nice if they smile more and have a chat too, I respect they are working but staff are what makes a holiday memorable too. I would stay here again.

Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Animation for kids and adults, offering also wide range of trips.
Not recommended for people looking for more peacefull places as this is large complex.

System of the outside new, inside old-fashioned. Mini Kids club and Playground are not worth mentioning. All inclusive very bad — "mass instead of class" — have it canceled on the 2 day (as well as many other guests). Where are the 4 stars? Max. 3 stars! For the price, far to expensive!

Draught beer 0.3l costs 14kn and 0.5l costs 28kn. The waiter sustains firmly that is the correct price as in fact it is printed so in the menu. Hillarious! Poor unsuspecting englishmen keep ordering 0.5 and enjoy it like only englishmen know how to enjoy a beer :)

The best part of the hotel would be their staff. Everyone from the servers to the housekeeping was very nice and helpful. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The rooms could be better. There is very little room to put your clothes and even less for suitcases. The sliding door on our wardrobe kept falling off. The couch (second bed) was very hard to sleep on. The Wi-Fi is pretty bad and unreliable.

Hotel has a really good location. It is located right in front of the seaside. Rooms are really clean and comfortable. We had all inclusive holiday, so I can say that food is tasty and there is something for everybody. I didn't like pool really much, because it is filled with salty water (but that is subjective opinion) there are not enough deck chairs and there were people entering the pool from the outside and are not hotel guests. I prefer swimming in the sea so I didn't found that as big problem.

This was my family holiday. Couldn't say anything else apart from fabulous. A great hotel with amazing staff. Rooms were clean and contemporary, with tons of space and every one with a balcony. We were staying on the 5th (top floor) so there was a great view of the Biokovo mountain and the crystal clear Adriatic/Dalmatian sea, however there was a stink which wasn't fixed (after multiple complaints) however, you won't find your room a particular time hog either. Despite this hiccup, staff were great and friendly and could speak decent English for the semi-touristy area, but few English guests or tourists were around so I don't blame them. The only major issue, is that we were staying all-inclusive with TUI, and therefore tied down to having soft drinks all inclusive too. Completely disgusting. If you've got the money, go straight for the Coca-Cola and not for the Fresco drinks the hotel serves up. Anyway a lovely holiday on the Dalmatian coast at a lovely hotel with lovely staff, and I almost forgot, a wide and delicious selection of Dalmatian and western cuisine served up morning, noon and night. 4 stars!

Loved it! Great for families with kids. Good pools, tasty food and great location for the beach and local shops, restaurants and stalls.

Wow, best holiday place where ever been before. Every Facilities clean and working well. Beautiful views look everywhere. Weather was fantastic (best extra was awesome night thunder :-). And very kindly and smiling staff. Thank to all of you! Special thanks to pool bar guys and girls, walking around whole day in heat and still keep smiling, If big bosses read this, pay more for them all :-)

Enjoyed it all! Usually we relax in quieter places that are on the outskirts of the towns! But here. Such a mixture of calm and noise! It's all right!

Rooms and facility is great. However the service is close to awful. We as a group of 6 have seen 2 smiles in 6 days. Waiting 20 — 30 minutes before you can order a drink at dinner, is nothing unusual. Then add the time for the drinks to show up. Would be nice to be able to see a smile or two each day and have your drinks before the plate is gone. A word extra between the orders would'nt hurt either. There is stuff to work with here.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are quite basic, no yea & coffee facilities in them. Views are incredible whichever you choose. *All Inclusive. Not loads to choose from, and limited hours at the bar. Cocktails are not included and are reasonably pricedvfor the area. The buffet is ok but quite limited in variety. We are at some of the local restaurants to get a real taste of Croatia, and have a better experience. Good hotel for a first visit, we will probably air BnB next time.

Hotel is fab. Beach is great. Just a bit pebely but otherwise great. Water clear.

I went all inclusive, diet coke served in a red wine glass, no decafe coffee served in pool side bar unless you pay extra, basic buffet food and not a hand gel despenser in sight.

The hotel — Blue Sun Alga is very nice and even the standard rooms are well equipped. Room service is good and works great.
Air conditioning was with us personally a little too cold could not be adjusted. Parkplätz with your own arrival is also a little short.
As for food, it's tasty and there's something for everyone. Attempts are being made to present a national and international cuisine. The staff very friendly and helpful! What bothers me are certain cultural groups that pack their plates here in excess and then let most go back. But this is probably common with such people.
The pool is very clean and outwardly large also the animation is great there and the evening program fits as far as you take part in it.
The great location of the hotel helps you to be right on the promenade and get very quickly to the many cafes as well as to the sea. The pebble beach is clean and there are plenty of loungers. The bus connection is also great. A maximum of 10 minutes. Walking to the stop and not expensive at all — this should always be an alternative to the organised rides. Our experiences are consistently positive.
But the conclusion is: We like to come back!

The Blue Sun Alga is a very nice Hotel and even the standard rooms are well-equipped. As for the food, it is tasty and there is something for everyone. I'm a local and am of the opinion that trying to find a healthy mix between national and international cuisine. The staff is (apparently rough) is actually very friendly and helpful! The super location of the hotel contributes to the fact that it is directly on the Promenade and very quickly at one of the many Cafe's and the Marina. The bus connection is also class. A Maximum Of 10 Min. Walk to the bus stop and is not expensive at all — it should always be an Alternative to the organised trips. Our experiences are consistently positive. The only thing we can “complain“ is, that, inter alia, the beverage bill may not be in € paid. Here you have to change then extra in Kuna, and you do that in the Hotel, so a small fee will even be charged : — (
The conclusion is: we will come back! Happy to return to Croatia and come back again in's Blue Sun ;-)!

Great hotel, lovely staff.

Not to the Epfehlen beach has only 1m lying area to the sea and everything occupied and all are unfriendly there.

The rooms are super comfortable, well insulated to the noise and very well equipped.
The beds are comfortable. The ch1mbres are facing the sea or the mountain.

Acceptable 4 star Location: Only separated by Promenade road from the sea, beach narrow and Schotterig, rooms: a bit of a quiet but cozy, with large balcony, big TV — channel selection, WLAN free restaurant: Very good buffet — selection, view of sea, drinks overpriced place Tucepi has nothing to offer, more in nearby Makarska.

Loved the hotel, the food, the staff, the rooms. Would definitely recommend to family's! Thanks for sharing your wonderful hotel and country.

The room was quite small. And not neatly cleaned, the bathroom and bed were clean, but the floor didn't really. Very noisy. Noisy air conditioning. The room was on the first floor and the staff always smoked. Food was fine. All in all, it's okay, but has air up.

It was very beautiful place good food and very clean the staff was friendly. We would come back again if we could. Xxx.

Nice hotel, lovely surrounding, but restaurant just ok.

Not so great! We have a small room right above the restaurant. It smells very uncomfortable after fried fat. The room is small and very old.

Location is perfect, Tucepi is perfect (beach lenght — 5km), Hotel is perfect, food is perfect. In one word — everything is perfect. My best holidays forever.

Without exaggeration, that was the best vacation of my life! My kids were excited! The hotel was very clean the rooms were beautiful, the staff fantastic, pools were clean, food was good, was clean well maintained Beach and sea (Beach) all in all I can only recommend it and was always going.
