We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in early September. The customer service was over the top, fabulous! They didn't have any parking passes when we arrived so they told us to keep our car parked and they paid the parking ticket for us, so we didn't have to worry about moving it. Merrine gave us some great recommendations to get to some of the less busy islands, which was helpful. Breakfast every morning was very nice and on the last day they even made us freshly cooked eggs. We even showed up late for breakfast one morning and they pulled out all of the food for us. And finally… Slavin was amazingly generous. He found out it was our anniversary and provided us a private time on the roof top patio with some champagne to celebrate. He also recommended a local restaurant the he eats at every day. Would definitely go back. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the room was a bit dated. If the bed and room were updated a bit this place would be hard to beat.

The Concierge Maria I can recommend! The head of the house but not… I wanted to give him a Feedback about the adventurous the price of 112 Euro for a room without a view and a to-reach roof window. The chief, whose name I do not know, because he denied me, And because he was supposed to talk to also forward refused to do with me not at a Hotel. Has sent its employees and hiding!
