Our stay is coming to an end. We are pleasantly surprised. Delicious food, Spacious, clean rooms, Great swimming pools. Nice service. We will spend our vacation here for sure. I recommend!

My Husband and I celebrated our 25 years of marriage over the weekend for Valentine’s Day. The service was excellent, the food superb, the sauna relaxing and the massage of St. Martin fantastic! I commend this way all the employees and especially the Cooks, the waiter who served us and the masseuses who massaged us. We would love to repeat that experience again, I hope we won’t wait for the next 25 years. I note that epidemiological measures related to the epidemic are respected. Our vacation in Terme sv. Matin was a dream come true. Thanks everyone!

Nice and cousy hotel with good staff and services, great food, bike friendly, rents ebikes, gym, dog friendly, spa/wellness/pools are nice as well and so on and on… to simply put it, we will be going back, soon.

We where at the end of june for 10 days.
It was our first time in Croatië and we had a wonderfull experience.
the service was excellent.
everyone was really kind to us and the food was delicious… the pool and the hotel was clean, quiet, … We had a beautifull room.
also one big applause for the kids club and the whole event theam.
My son who can't speak english or any other languege only flemisch because we are from Belgium … had a wonderfull time at the kids club. They did a great job en he wanted to go everyday to the kids club.
and everytime at dinner, and he saw the people from the event theam that he waved. I'm glad that they waved is goodbye and that were stille have contact. Were certainly going back!

As far as outdoor swimming pools are taken into consideration it is a place for active relaxation especially with children. All the pools are 1, 6 meters deep which is actually more suitable for playing and not for real swimming. There are 4 water-toboggans there and the whole place with the hotel buildings is situated very near the forests. Always enjoyed visiting it.

They have cool water-slides, open pools, kids pool. Toilets are not clean, they stink. Other then that it is ok. Sauna world is amazing, recommended.

Overall impression for the pools is ok. Surrounding is beautiful. Pools seem to be clean. The complex is not enough maintained. Missing some big pool for swimming.

Very good water. And useful. After visiting the thermal pool there is a wonderful feeling of lightness all over the body. There are indoor and outdoor pools. You can take a ticket for the day, for half a day and for 2. Five o'clock. Ticket to visit the thermal pool (without water park) for 2. Five hours costs 38 kunas per adult. The only drawback — a lot of people became, 3 years ago we in the thermal pools used to spend evenings with a family alone. That's incredible!

The pool was great, the surroundings are beautiful! Many activities can be done, great place for cycling. Here's my but, the food at the buffet wasn't that nice. They gave me a room with an annoying buzzing sound. They have had complaints about that room before but didn't ready want to admit. The noise was coming from the laundry room. In the end they gave me another room (after complaining an hour). In my opinion they shouldn't have given me the room in the first place. Again, pools are really nice!

The spa is super relaxing. They only allow a certain amount of people at the same time so it's never crowded and you can enjoy the saunas and the lounges in peace and quiet. Hotel provides excellent accommodations, delicious local food specialties and wine from local wineries. There are plenty of recreation options available including a gym, golf course, internal and external swimming pools, rent a bike etc. The landscape is beautiful and I highly suggest renting a bike and going for a ride on the hills the hotel.

I gave 4* only because the big pool with termal water (located outside) was under construction or cleaning so we couldn't swim in it. Everything else was fine, from staff to contents within the whole resort.

Crowded. If not so many people and so noisy, woukd be very good place.

The terrain is interesting, liked. Price Regina for the price is very good, but in the thermal you have to walk down the street. But the thermal complex and the sauna area did not like. The details are important to me, and they are in a deplorable state. In the showers are broken regulators, out of 5 it is impossible to adjust the water in any. It's very cold in the locker room. The shelves and locks in the locker rooms are broken. A lot of people. The "Rest" mode is not observed, the noise, the bustle, the children are constantly worn. The general impression saved later a visit to the term, on Saturday the term work till 23, looks all more intimate and people smaller. There are a lot of people in saunas, it is impossible to relax and there is no place to leave a child with which in saunas is impossible. We left the baby in the bassine in front of the sauna because our daughter is very independent and can take herself. Really enjoyed visiting Deer Farm and suvo meso of deer too. If we are close again, we will drive more, and it is not necessary to go specially.

I have to put this first — the food! I've been to many hotels but never was food this tasty! I was genuinely surprised how awesome it was Accomodation and staff are excellent. The pools were crowded, but oh well.

A really really good experience that would be so much better if the chinks were evened out. You know, that thing where you actually can't complain, cause you had a great time and nothing was bad but also can't give an awesome review because some of the toilets at the pool were gross? But really, that's it. Just a tiny bit of effort would make a big difference.

It was a good experience. Friendly staff. Expectations were higher. Prices are on the higher end.

Great spa especially the water park in the open. Recommend.

Good thermal baths, top water for skin problems. However, maintenance work in the spa area should be done in a more immediate manner. Too many small sites for such a new and highly frequented spa. Top food in the hotel next door.

Not too clean, great the poolside bar.

Very nice place for a full or half day recovery. Natural spring waters NO BAD SMELL! Place was not crowded at all. 1 pool bar closed at 16.00 and 2 restaurants (pool+hotel). The place was renovated few years ago so it's a nice and clean facility.

Very luxurious hotel, great spa and thermal baths. Apartments are comfortable. Could be cleaned and maintained better, but hotel staff is very friendly and responsive.

Great and clean spa center. Lovely nature, nice people and great service will meet you there when you arrive. You can choose to sleep between hotel rooms and apartments. There is a golf course. Hotel is bike friendly and you can rent bikes and use many of bike trails near by.

Hotel and restaurants are great… pools also but there must be some investments in removal of that bad smell around creek area.

Great to have fun and relax in the many pools, good food that also includes water to drink, poor room service… soaps and Shower gel I guess if they bring them to their house and you don't leave them unless on request!

Good selection of pools and overall a nice stop for us for one day. Maintenance is the downside, collor and material pealing of in many of the pools. Also the slides in the oustide area and approach to them need more attention.

The completely renovated thermal pools are spacious with one at 32 degrees and one at 36. The latter also continues outside with an outdoor swimming pool. Staff a little cold but polite. Decent kitchen suitable for the Teutonic palates.

It's the second time we've come back.
The place is very nice and in the surroundings there are many places to visit.
I recommend the spa treatments and especially the center "Lumbalis" dedicated to the treatments of physio therapy and the Thorn.
The hotel also has a gym.

Satisfied welcoming clean and well maintained.

We have spent a great summer holiday 2015 and look forward to it to be able to in July 2016, and again in St. Martin on vacation!

Very nice hotel with big and clean room, excellent sauna and pool, cheap.

So much hype around this hotel but I was left a bit disappointed. It was a comfortable stay, but many things and details make it seem like a 3-star hotel. The rooms have what you need but nothing special, in fact, the bathrooms are sub par with a bathtub instead of a shower and a glass sink that started to look old right when it was put in. The shower curtain is a glass panel that swings so inelegantly that you must stand almost outside the bath to put it in place. I noticed the hotel lacks a sitting lobby. I mean, it does have a sitting area but these chairs are in a bar. There are no loungy couches or sofas in the reception area. Little things like that left me disappointed. Wi-Fi works well — sometimes.

Well rested. At the reception gave a discount on accommodation at the hotel, as well as bonuses in the form of free access to the sauna (many varieties) during their stay. Take breakfast and dinner buffet, all quite tasty and lots of it. In general I advise. Oh yes, vacationing in this place twice and both in winter. It was cool to swim in the thermal pool in the street, in a light frost.

Nice place for grownups. No any intresting things for the kids in winter. Free Wi-Fi.
