So if you’re visiting the Plitvice national parking and staying a night or 2 (which you should do), then there’s only 1 place to stay. Villa Lika. (ok, i’m not really qualified to say that ‘cos we haven’t stayed elsewhere, but Villa Lika is really beautiful). Great service, with a warm greeting, help with our luggage and lots of advice about visiting the National Park. The rooms were big, fresh white n green decor, excellent bathrooms, good quality bed and linen. We also had dinner at the hotel — excellent quality food. Our room balcony had a beautiful view of the hillside. The old style exterior is in contrast to the modern interior. Really liked this place — wish we stayed longer actually. Slightly pricey but well worth it.

Elegant 4-star restaurant, friendly staff ate yummy meat Eva is terrific we wanted to make encore with the wild boar gulash without paying. She offered us the plum-flavored brandy and Eva drank with us.
Great place to charge with energy after visiting the Plitvice Lakes National Park.

Horrible dinner and face among other things you get the salad oil a salad in a bowl and a trout with discreet side of 25 I think it is better to go to dinner somewhere else

A lovely place, great rooms, perfect breakfasts, spectacular dinner. The wines of the menu are really good, the hotel staff is lovely to help you in everything you need. The beautiful setting. Very close to the lakes you can walk to make the route through the natural park.

Owner run hotel with delicious meals and they are very helpful.

I was there in May 2014. Room with bathtube and Wi-Fi (poor), but without fridge and kettle — and it was quite expensive, despite low season. Small ants in the room (Pharaoh's ants? ). An electrical repellent provided by the hotel was successful, but took one of very few sockets. Breakfast not included in price. Good location near the Plitvickie lakes.

We stayed here two one night and visited Plitvice for two half days. Overall we loved it. The room was nice and comfortable, the meals were great, and the staff was lovely. It's a nice place to stay because it's only a 15 minute walk to the entrance of the park, so we were able to beat the morning rush. Recommended!

Lovely intimate villa with friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Location excellent for Plitvice lakes and waterfalls which are stunning. Rooms clean, modern and comfortable. All food is locally sourced and delicious. We had a lovely stay.

I travel a lot and I´ve visited many good hotels all over the world. Vila Lika is the one I cannot forget. I´ve been there twice and hope to return there. Escellent location, free parking, super comfortable rooms, delicious food and absolutely fantastic service. It´s a family hotel where you´ll feel like home.

Really the best hotel we stayed at on a month travel journey. Location and setting is out of this world… and the food and service exceptional. A must when you visit Plitvice Lakes in Croatia!

Absolutely beautiful villa with the best food and customer service you could imagine. My family and I toured Croatia for a week, from Zagreb to Dubrovnik, and Villa Lika was by far our favorite place to stay. Thank you to the entire staff for an unforgettable stay.

First class service. Beautiful rooms. Clean. Everything green and white even the car park tiles. Food exceptional. Attention to detail. Chef popped out toask how things were. Staff and owners rightly proud. Nice woodland walk to beautiful lakes. Could not recommend it more.

Great location, very lovely staff. It's possible to walk straight to Entrance 2 of the lakes, although you are a bit exposed on a main road. Room was large, clean and comfortable, and we ate at the restaurant twice it was so good. Overall a great place!

First choice for all who want to spend your holiday in a friendly and personal atmosphere. Clean well-equipped room for a really fair price. Very good evening meal. Just try out. It's worth.

This place has so far been the best place I've stayed on a multi-week trip across Central Europe. Not only is it clean, hospitable, and aesthetically pleasing, but the staff is exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend it.
