Reviews regarding the staff are mixed. Some guests describe the service as "the sweetest" and "fantastic," noting the friendliness of the English-speaking staff. In particular, a housekeeper helped guests check into their room while the owner was at lunch. However, another guest was extremely dissatisfied with the behavior of the female owner, who tried to sell them unwanted sausages with fries from another table.

The hotel itself does not accept card payments, cash only. However, card payments are accepted at the hotel's on-site restaurant, which is owned by the same person.

Opinions on breakfast are mixed. Some guests rate it as "super" and "decent," noting generous portions of food. Others were disappointed by the lack of choice: only instant coffee, two boiled eggs, five hot sausages, and almost no bread were mentioned. One guest noted an additional charge of 7 euros for breakfast.

The food quality at the restaurant is a subject of debate. Some guests describe the dishes as "magnificent," while others complain about low quality: for example, the seafood in the risotto reportedly came from a cheap frozen supermarket sauce. There was also an instance where leftover lunch was served for dinner, consisting of two chicken drumsticks and a small portion of spaghetti bolognese.

The condition of the rooms varies. Some guests are pleased with the fully renovated, spacious, and fresh rooms featuring excellent beds. Others describe the rooms as outdated, dirty, and of a low standard. There were complaints that two pushed-together mattresses were provided instead of a proper double bed, and in the neighboring house where guests were also accommodated, the beds were practically camp cots.

Many guests noted plumbing issues: there are complaints about the lack of hot water in the shower as well as sewage odors in the room and bathroom. One review mentioned that the shower cubicle was falling apart.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which guests highlighted as a positive feature.

The soundproofing leaves much to be desired: the rooms are quite noisy. There are restaurants located below the hotel, from which loud live music can be heard.

Both the internet and television work; however, it is noted that the available TV channels are broadcast in Croatian.

The hotel does not have an elevator, and the rooms do not feature balconies.
