I stayed at this hotel a week with some friends — the rooms, towels and sheets are old, no soap in the shower. Not to mention the very poor breakfast — most of my friends never ate breakfast as just looking at what was served they skipped it (although we had previously paid for it).

I guess it is a preferred hotel for families with small kids or older couples. So if waking up at 7:00 am with kids yelling around doesn't bother you then go for it. Breakfast is horrible, stuff is floating in oil, the eggs are super liquid and there is a very poor choice for vegetarians. The rooms are more or less clean, bathroom looked very bad. Needless to say, phonic isolation is poor. Also, beware where you step in this hotel.

There is a parking lot, the area is not far from the beach, there is a park.
But the rooms are very. Dirty. For all the time of living we have not washed out the cobwebs at the door, between the bed and the bed (and it's open spaces! ). Above the bed was an iron water pipe.
When asked to take a better room gave the keys to the exact same room.

There is a self service food and drink bar at dinner BUT…! Beer mugs are hot instead of cold!

Central Long, good Swimwear, sour water, beautiful Bars! Unfortunately many Dogs on the way (which is now three Dogs)

Hotel from one star and not 3 as classified, structure completely old and totally to renovate, food always equals suitable only for The Germans, and Austrians is of poor quality. The Classic Sweet Breakfast, does not exist, only salty food. My advice, there are more suitable facilities in other neighboring countries. I Almost forgot, the restaurant does not find the seating x eating xche ' The tables are booked for groups so it is always a argue with The waiters, really shameful.

Was a nice Stay with nice Pesonal, good Food! We'll be back for sure!

Hotel rooms are great. The Food is Lace and the Hotel Staff all speak good German and are very friendly.

At this hotel, the marketing and photographers have done an excellent job.
The children's "offer" disappointed us the most. There were tears because Campi, the mascot did not show up and the playroom was mostly closed. The old children's slide in the backyard was not accessible.
Years of record construction from the 70s. Main building soon finished renovated. Therefore, there was reduction: Price was very fair.
Zimners were clean: New rugs, new paint. In the bathroom tratt somewhere water out. Beautiful view of the more sea. Spacious Family Superior Room: Children in your own side room.
We could only open and close balcony door with the help of the caretaker. We were allowed to share the bed with ants.
Too high pillows, filled with foam cubes. Luckily, got smaller pillows.
Neighbours next door could be heard peeing and flushing as if it were in their own room.
Air conditioner gurgles sporadically in front of it, even when it's not on.
Hair dryer must be required at reception. Wi-Fi but works.
Dinner at the buffet was fine, filling canteen food, but no culinary high-altitude flight. The meat rather unappetizing.
Morning buffet rich, cold cuts a little creepy grey, on blackscreads of bacon they were gladly dispensed with. Milk and drinks were stretched with water.
In the toilet by the lobby, it smelled as strictly of urine as if an entire bull herd had peed on the floor.

The hotel is located on the beautiful island of Krk next to the small pretty village of Njivice almost right by the sea. That's why 2 stars.
The hotel is already very old. The rooms in the old tract are also very small and through the room door you can hear everything that happens on the aisle.
Unfortunately, the dishes at the buffet are only lukewarm and one feels more reminiscent of a canteen.
Nevertheless, the surroundings around the hotel are very nice and the island of Krk is certainly worth a trip.

Great surroundings on the Adriatic. Very good service. Food was freshly prepared. Nice and helpful staff.

Great value for the price, but in the middle of it, right on the sea and in the evening in the Old Town.

Um its a hotel and there are like spa places and manicure places etc +a cafe sitting lounge thing its good :) )

Small room… With breakfast from the pretenant in the Closet. And dinner will be half reduriert one hour before the End. Half board Plus. You don't have glasses to use This. And friendly staff was hard to find. Sadly, the location is awesome and the bar very appealing. The prices would also be excellent.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. The rooms are very small, bare and dirty. The walls so thin you feel perfectly the rooms around. I can not know who is entrusted with the hygiene of the sheets but those that have given to us smelled of fried to die. The type and a cozzaglia of products of the worst discounters thrown haphazardly in the buffet and CIO Vale for both dinner and breakfast.

Nice hotel no more. At the timr we stayed at the hotel it was very crowded but the staff were very nice and there is a little gym which is an amazing thing for this type of hotel and it was really good.

Hotel has come a bit in the Years. Renovation measures would be announced at one point or another. Staff was friendly. The food could offer a bit more Variety. The location is convenient, not far from the beach and local restaurants, no street noise.

Beautiful place, really comfortable beds, floor in bathrooms stays wet all the time. Very nice woman in reception.

Nice position, room are clean and wide but dirty and old (almost every piece of furniture in the room have been damaged somewhere). Notice that for them "Sea Side" means "the sea is at your side", which is opposite as "Sea View". A "Sea Side" room faces the park. We're going to ask the refound for that. Notice also that the front building doesn't have emergency exits, or better, it has the doors, but not the stairs.

We were disappointed with this hotel. We booked early and paid quite a substantial amount of money, and this hotel is not worth it. Our rooms were in the old part of the hotel. The room was dated, no balcony, no shampoo in the bathroom. The worst are the doors of the rooms, which are very old and not soundproof at all. We were woken up in the morning by other guests that were on their way to breakfast. Otherwise it is good location, clean and friendly people. It would have been okay if the price was lower.

It very good. Nice man say You can sleep here. Not reservation. Middle of darky. Not expensive. Eating breakfast and talking. 5/5 would sleep again!

Good food. Spacious 2-room apartments. Nice gym. Not too modern but clean. Bathroom smelly a bit. The air-conditioning could have worked harder. Friendly staff. Generally, good value for price if traveling with children.

We are in the most total gigantism, which makes us more in a tourist factory than in a charming hotel.
The food is intended for Germans and Austrians, even if some local dishes are able to swim. The whole is served in buffets, more or less quickly replenished after the passage of the so-called Teutons. We still get to eat too much!
The room we had was correct but with extremely noisy bedding (medium plate placed in a wooden frame as a box spring).
The room was very poor and the noise was very noisy (especially at weekends) : Quies balls required for sensitive sleeps!
For the positives, the hotel is very clean and the staff there is friendly and dedicated.

Clean room, clean bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. There's air conditioning worked well, but no minibar, why I take off a star.

The Hotel is clean, his old age has clearly noted, but everything is well maintained. The food was unfortunately a disappointment, the Buffet is quite large, however, offered as good as no variety. The location is nice, just outside of the town, the nearest beach is only a short walk away. For a night, the Hotel was o. K. A longer stay I would however not imagine.

Bathroom not clean, hardly W-lan does not change (swimming pool, etc, well, went, just no German Standarts.

Negative:
Clearly visible in the bath at arrival water stains on the glass shower enclosure, hair in the shower drain, verdigris on the water tank. The toilet was virtually never cleaned properly again after 4 days, the shower.
The doorknob of the bathroom was loose and fell down at the first touch. For the air conditioning, you had to have a special key to this free of charge, but only received on demand. The curtains in the room were torn up and trapped in the hinge of the door of the balcony. As a result, grease stains on the curtains were also.
In the dining room, the table cloths remained several days on the tables, although there were clearly visible patches of food waste. The hotel bar is very cool, the entertainer played the same music and this for seven days in a volume, that a conversation on the seats was not practical.

Good location and kids animation. Unprofessional and unkind personnel, broken toilet lid, broken lock, Wi-Fi did not work at the room, incorrect invoice. So, I would definitely not recommend this hotel for you stay.

I sogggiornato in August 2014. Beli kamik II is not very clean and negative failing balconies in the rooms can't dry towels and uncomfortable costumes, cooking for us Italians is
poor and poor quality. The staff doesn't understand l Italian and everything becomes difficult all.
Beach to so say there are but very small and crowded. The water is fine. Maybe August
not the best month. Council to bring from home the bike because there are spiaggetee cute close
in Italy the bikes the hotel gives you free here instead you have to pay € 13 per day. For me the vote is 5 1 star hotel I greetings Roberta treviso.

It is a good hotel, with friendly staff, good and varied food for its category. The rooms were, except the bath renovated and modernly furnished. Price from €35, — to €50, — okay, we had for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) 3 nights € 440, — paid.

Not free access Wi-Fi in bedrooms (not acceptable for the price paid), staff doesn't speak english as they should do. Breakfast is awful, worthy of a cheap school canteen. However, bedrooms are clean and get quite new style.
