Incredible countryside view, very affordable, the owner was extremely gracious, accommodating, the place is stunningly appealing to the eye… Everything was done right and the food was phenomenal.

Only stayed one night, but the place was perfect. Rooms are very good size, well equiped, clean, tidy and well decorated. Breakfast was very nice, with coffee, juice, tea, eggs and different meat to put in your sandwich.

This house is located at a perfect spot for anyone who wants to do excursions. The house itself is nice looking. The rooms are big and very hygienic. Not to forget is that the house is located very close to a major historic monument. Also the house has a Pokemon go stop and much more nearby. The house has a nice garden and a good parking. Would certainly come back!

Rooms very clean and service very nice.

There wasn't answer when calling a few times upon arriving and ringing of the door buzzer. The toilet had a low ceiling requiring most men to kneel to go to the bathroom. The accommodation was warm and comfortable otherwise during this cold November visit. The Wi-Fi worked well. The owner, when reached, was prompt and efficient at check-in. It is close to the lakes as well as caves and other sites in the area.

Nice place to stay in our trip to Plitvicka Jezera. Nice room with bathroom. We could use the microwave in the kitchen downstairs. Good Wi-Fi connection. Nice hostess.

Perfect host. Nice location.

Room was hot and no fan or air con. Had to lie with a wet towel to try and sleep. The only problem with giving an honest review of the rooms is that the food which the host cooked for dinners did not get the praise it should. Optional dinners cooked by the host were amazing and cannot be dismissed.

We loved Monica the host, she was lovely and very helpful. The dinners prepares are excellent and we highly recommend them. We ate at House Ivana both nights, we had a meat platter the first night and a fish platter the second night. The rooms were impeccable and spotless but without air conditioning they were too hot in July.

Very friendly and competent staff. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Unfortunately, however, there is no German TV. The breakfast is very good and extensive.
Price/Performance is top.

Spacious apartment, wonderfully furnished! There is everything you need for cooking, sleeping and rest. Friendly staff. If you have a birthday, you can expect a small gift from the hotel:) The main thing is not modest, haha. No breakfast.
For those who are light sleeper minus will be finding the hotel right by the road. With closed Windows becomes less noisy, but in the summer can be stifling.
The hostess should hire a better plumbing, and then the shower cubicle leaks (apartment 2). It would also be nice to stick soft pads on the legs of chairs in the kitchen, and then create a lot of noise when they move (on the floor tile).
The rest of it was great! I'd bet 4, 8 out of 5.

The attitude of the staff is great — nice, kind, responsive and very smiling. The room we were housed was clean, with a beautiful view of the mountain. The only drawbacks I can notice are the bevels in the bathroom, which can be a problem for someone higher and the lack of hangers and other accessories in the bathroom. Overall our stay was nice and we would love to repeat.

It was just awesome. Warm welcome and very nice family atmosphere. Nice apartment, warm, CLEAN and comfortable. Breakfast was great very flexible breakfast times, good choice between cheeses around the area bread and eggs.

In comparison to other apartments close them this seems the more modern and recently renovated.

We were with two families there. 4 adults and four children. The landlady is very friendly. The rooms are modern furnished and very clean. The images really correspond to the original state. We were in 10/2015. Breakfast was perfect and very much!. We were always asked if we would like something to reference. Nice friendly and personal welcome and hospitality. From the location to the lakes was for us absolutely ok. In front of the house on the Federal road, in front of the house the Parking spaces for the guests. Our rooms were in the direction of the garden and were very quiet. For our short trip of two days, therefore, absolutely fine. Were fast with the car at the entrances to the lakes. Wi-Fi not in all rooms available. However, there is the beautifully furnished Breakfast room, where it goes on all the cases. Maybe the landlord has found a solution.

I think the House Ivana is actually very good but we had some problems. The room is super clean and very nice and new. The bathroom also so it is absolutely 5 star. However, we had in the room no Wi-Fi and no TV reception what annoying was. Therefore only 3 stars.

Fantastic apartment and the owners are very welcoming and friendly.
