Very nice, well-kept and modern hotel. Huge garden with a large swimming pool and a private beach area. You can only book breakfast or half board. The food is good, not exceptional. The staff is friendly, not all speak German but English.

This is our second visit to hotel Eden and it hasn't disappointed. The staff are proffesional with a warm welcoming, helpful attitude. The entertainment is varied throughout the day and the food is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable, clean with great air con. The location is beautiful, a lovely wooded area right next to the sea. I completely recommend this hotel and my familly and I will defintely visit again :-)

Beautiful hotel, 4 years on the run is testimony to that. Fantastic location and staff are truly wonderful. Highly recommend.

Apparently, have awarded only one Point. Don't know how that can happen. The Hotel is really gorgeous. The Hotel is located right by the Sea and is beautifully furnished. We had an Executive Suite and were just dreamlike. While not cheap, it was worth it. Food was impeccable. You might want a bit more regional Food, but that's Whining at a high Level. I can fully recommend the Hotel.

Great place to visit w/ family. Stunning nature, everything in 5min distance. Beautiful pool and beach under 100m distance. One doesn't need to go anywhere …

Unfortunately not recommended! 70 kuna for a salad that resembles a side salad. Bread comes packaged in bags, when I asked if there was also dark bread, the waiter opens the pack and says, "Is dark after all. " The bread was the brightest and cheapest, as well as KLEINSTE buns, that I've seen so far. Ice, by the way, is only done in the glasses when you explicitly ask. To do that automatically? Too expensive probably … Here's the goal: Maximum profit. Waiters are totally inexperienced, unfortunately not as beftheir such a restaurant. All okay? ' ' asks the operation, almost ridiculous. The only beautiful thing is the location and the pizza, the burgers.
I also don't know why I feel like the leftovers of the hotel are being used here, no idea if that's true. Not really recommended.

When I had booked I thought I was taking a slightly higher level hotel to spend a few relaxing days with my wife, and I also booked a "De Luxe room" to make it really pleasant.
What we were disappointed to do, it was on the last floor, the view was very good, but the room was one for dwarfs, not only small, but tiny, a large bed, but to the opposite board only about 30 centimeters of space to pass through.
Rooms rather worn out and from the 70s, fire stains on the furniture, protruding screws in the shower etc.
The bathroom of a "De Luxe room" was extremely small, just a small shower that did not close properly, hence a small lake after each shower, the toilet right in front of it, if you are unlucky you get out of the shower straight into the bowl (bit exaggerated) The bathroom had An estimated 1 1/2 Qm, maximum 2, no more certainly not (including inventory) construction noise from 7:00 a. M. To 11:00 p. M. Throughout! With excavator trucks and everything that goes with it to make a real noise.
Pool landscape therefore closed, so no loungers to use (was too cold to bathe anyway, but to lie in the sun it would have gone very well about 24 degrees) Climate system or F.
TV mini-format, we needed, because with balcony seats in the evening there was nothing there construction noise very loud (mind you on the 5th floor) Not even a phone in the room (not to call the reception? )

We were at the spa of this hotel and I have to say it is really nice and comfortable. Clean and with great relaxation areas. The only thing missing in little bit and a pool with cold water and a jacuzzi that works in a continued manner. The showers are clean and the staff is extremely courteous going away he offered us a soda.

I had a nice room with views of the park and the pool landscape. From the hotel you can stroll comfortably along the seafront in 15 minutes into the city centre.

Very nice park and pools, good hotel cleanliness, spacious room, too hot inside the room with 25 ° failing to adjust the thermostat. Overall all positive.

Unfortunately not our case!
Staff and rooms are OK, no question.
Nevertheless, the hotel has been in the years.
At dinner often a pure mass handling (extremely many bus groups with older people) and also the food in itself is nothing special.
Wellness very small and often overflowing. Sauna too dark and pool too cold!
Location of the hotel is quite fine, however, is built everywhere around, so that the road to Rovinj is blocked along the coast.
All in all it was OK, but for us it was unfortunately nothing! What a pity!

Nicely presented hotel with pleasant grounds and good pool facilities to use along with spa pool although we did not use this. A good range of food was well prepared and presented but changed very little from one day to the next often with local cuisine that did not always meet our tastes. Generally OK however with the exception of drinks with the evening meal which were very overpriced with even the water provided being expensive at £4 per full size still large bottle! Go out and buy your own wine in town where you can find the same house wine for less than a quarter of the price charged at the Hotel and drink it in your room as we did.

Very nice hotel with a modern décor. Everything is very clean and the staff very friendly. The food is delicious and there is plenty of fresh choice in buffet form. The gardens and beach area are well maintained. I can recommend this hotel to families only.

We had a wonderful weeks holiday at your hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean, food excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The rooms are excellent, however the shower head is somewhat filigree. The breakfast itself is very good and adequate, however the service of the waiters is very poor. Unfortunately we could not park our car anywhere sensible and although we were assigned a seat then we had a note on the car! The lobby is very cool and rather uncomfortable, then went to the bar to the lone! The pool is very nice and pleasant, however the staff was not very friendly either!

After a long journey the welcome at your hotel included some refreshment of food and hot drinks which we thought was very considerate. Your hotel is very clean, we found the staff very helpful and the facilities excellent. The restaurant staff and choices of food were all excellent. We have no complaints whatsoever but I appreciate you are perhaps looking for points to improve upon. The outdoor pool / bar area is a lovely facility but pop music I feel needs to be kept as purely 'background ' (if played at all — it can lower the tone in what is a lovely peaceful area) This is only our personal choice. Most people wishing to listen to music usually have earpieces or some means of listening to their own music. Again personal, but when we go on holiday the enjoyment is in experiencing the local culture, food and drink and of course meeting local people. We enjoyed the folk dancers and music and It would be nice to hear more of this and hear other local artists performing local music. I felt that the shows were not presented in best fashion because of the seating arrangement (and shortage of seats) in the foyer area which in effect was still being used as the hotel foyer while the artists were performing. Some of the audience were having to stand on the perimeter and watch whilst other guests were crossing through to use the elevators.

Rooms were of superior quality and comfortably equipped. Reception areas and outdoor facilities were great.

We were pleased to be offered a 'top floor bedroom' as requested before arrival — and the welcome drink and snacks upon arrival was a very nice touch. ( (you ask for feedback. Room No. 619. Did suffer regular door closing noise from the nearby cleaners work area — I felt that a door needed tying back — while they prepared their work equipment. ) ) For us as a couple, the 'Eden' is an excellent hotel supplying everything we need — and other optional services that as 'older guests' did not use. We enjoyed the open and tree shaded extensive space of the grounds — where quiet relaxing on plentiful sunbeds could be acheived while younger families gathered closer to the pool area and sea. The restaurant was excellent in the quality of meals — a huge selection and variety of dishes — something to suit everyone — presentation and cleanliness was a pleasure to see. The carvery and other meats selection were very good. The recent refurbishment was evident in the top quality of all fittings in the bedrooms. And a very nice walk in shower room. Carpeted corridors and bedrooms always ensures a much quieter environment — leading to good sleep quality. I chose the 'Eden' for it's location. Close to the wooded peninsular for walks… and for regular easy visits into Rovinj… which is a fascinating old town for a day or easy evening 20 minute walk. Overall we found 'The Eden' to be a very good well run hotel with excellent staff — huge areas for relaxing — inside and outside.

I have previously rated hotel Eden but I can't explain how happy this place makes me. It is always a wonderful stay and I hope to return year on year.

Had a great stay at the Eden in 2015. They bumped us up to a suite with outdoor huttub overlooking the sea. Wonderfully clean and attentive staff. The beach is rocks but the water clean and lovely. Pool also kept very clean. Only drawback: the coffee was weak and there wasn't a place to get a coffee in the hotel early in the morning. Not a problem for most but I rose early for a dawn swim in the sea.

A good Hotel in the area, offers many services, for those who love the tranquillity keep in mind that this is like a super condo. Also convenient to go to village on foot. If you rent a boat in the evening, you can go directly to the square, or take a night trip between the islands. The food is good but worth dining out, in the area many good cheap places.

We were in the week at the Hotel Eden in Rovinj last July.
The garden area, the beach, the many concerns was positive in any case although the Hotel Eden, hotel lone share the swimming pool area is the meadow to the this time of year also green and beautiful sea.
The rooms have been somewhat in the years. Although we booked a triple room with view to the swimming pool (Meerseitig), we had local option a larger room with a view to the parking lot or a smaller room with views towards the sea. (FYI: because the hotel is further back, one is not really sea view but pool view) we knew that yes but we have booked the page direction of pool and paid a lot more.
Food was very good. The staff were helpful in part!
And the city of Rovinj is absolutely adorable. :-)

The rooms corresponded to the specified category and was neat, clean and nicely furnished. Unfortunately we had bad luck in the vicinity of the Elevator is a room to have, what we are constantly unpleasant sounds gave. The Breakfast was plentiful, however, had (the Hotelgröße) a little bit of "ground clearance". The Pools and sunbathing area were clean and the rental is very friendly. The proximity to the beach and the old town are the absolute Highlight! Happy again.

We really wanted to go exactly in Croatia. Chose Eden, because we went with the children (2nd) and wanted to make the trip exciting for both of them. Chose this hotel. Clean air, спкойное, cosy place in the forest and near from the city. The most was that the swimming pools were filled with sea water, as track for children, the sea is very difficult, and there needn't have worried. Room was at the highest level. All very fresh, room clean, linen convenient. We were afraid that the children will act up (not like to sleep outside the home, feel discomfort), but to our surprise, everything went smoothly. Upon return they even became sad and asked to come to the track. Year. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! hope to visit soon! :).

I want to share my impressions about the hotel, in the hope that someone can come in handy. Had a rest in the hotel Eden with 05.09 on 16.09.09, I'll tell you: I'll get back to you. Necessarily. By itself, the place where the hotel is fabulous. All buried in greenery and flowers. The room is clean. The restaurant is very spacious and it always has a place. As food. Food is such a diverse and range is so wide that you need to manage to not overeat. In my opinion, the hotel is fully complies with the stars. Yes and still want to mark that the weather was just wonderful, the sea is warm, they say velvet season! A pleasant holiday.

An excellent hotel! And it is located within the city, just prior to its old part, you need to go for a walk along the promenade. Quite corresponds to 4*. Staff — level. Nearby entertainment centre. Highly recommend! One of the best hotels in Croatia.
