The Best food in town!
Very nice rooms with great view…

The food was delicious only the portions were small.

We came during a restaurant week, wanted to go to a different place. The precourse was fine, we got roasted beef and carpaccio fish. For main course we tok baby beef and octopus. The beef was fine, although there was a combination with some red sauce which wasn't so good. My friends got the octopus but they only got one small tentacle with veggies, and no potatoes (and they were on the menu). The worst part was, we ordered some schnaps, witch was ok, but it was triple the normal price. You could literally order a meal for the price of one schnaps. We complained to the waiter but he was obviously unexperienced, so there was not much help. Overall a pretty bad experience, and wouldn't recommend them. I sure hope they improve.

We ordered occtopus with potato and vegetables and all we got was one small tentacle and some vegetables. There was no potato and only 1 peace of small occtopus leg. When we asked the waiter what about potato, he apologised and he brought us fried potato seperatly. Fried potatos were not on the menu! We ordered also 3 schnaps and when we got a bill, only for 3 schnaps the price was 105kn. That means one schnap was 35kn. We asked the waiter if we could get us schnaps on the house because from the main meal (the occtopus with potato and vegetables) we got almost nothing, and he told us that he can't do a thing because of the price of schnaps. The whole experience was really not worth of it. I also worked as a waitress at one moment and the least you can do when you messed with something in a resraurant is to give to a guest a schnap on the house, and in this case we asked by ourselves, and he refused it. Hotel near the amphitheatre of Pula, great dinner at the hotel restaurant at low prices for the quality of service. I recommend it.

Nice, big rooms for a fair price. Service is friendly and present. Breakfast was solid but nothing special. Next time in Pula, we'll definitely catch a room again.

Comfortable hotel in a central location.

Went to the restaurant. Prices were quite steep but good food and friendly staff.

We have been waiting for order for more than tlwenty minutes, for delivery of cheescake another twenty minutes. Awfull.

Location is TOP! Right next to it is the amphitheatre. Staff very friendly!
1 star deduction because of breakfast (very poorly stocked and the quality of breakfast is not worthy of a "hotel". )
1 star deduction due to rooms in need of getting used to with empty minibar (who needs it) and places in need of renovation stains in the room.
Contrary to other reviews, we didn't see it as loud at night. Was pleasantly quiet, with good mattress.
Come back as soon as the reviews regarding food ;) )

Atmosphere was cozy and nice. Staff very friendly. And the food was fantastic.

Costo non molto alto, il servizio era tutto ok, il ristorante dell'hotel aveva prezzi un po' alti, le camere sono mantenute in ordine e hanno l'aria condizionata. L'hotel era vicino al centro e quindi visitare la città è stato facile.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very good. Located a stone's throw from the amphitheatre you can get to the city centre in a few steps. It is not understood why the final price is higher than that of the reservation, however already not very convenient of its own. For the rest OK, they also have private parking inside.

Chef Deniz Zembo, the best Chef around is creator of this hotel`s menu, and this 3 star hotel could easly exceed your expectations… There are also more than 170 expressive paintings from the same artist, they are standing throughout the hotel, you can cruise around the hotel on the rainy day and enjoy this free painting exbit, and than have first class meal for reasonable price, and as our hotel guests on many occasions you will be offered significant discount in hotel`s restaurant. Our staff is a little family, friendly and always on yor service, ready to help you no matter what. Looking foward of meeting you, and great time you will. Experience in our city and our hotel…

Beautiful historic place, even better when there is live music, as in ancient times.

Stopped by the restaurant for dinner on a raining evening. Hoping to grab a quick bite with our dog, we only asked to eat outside. After some consideration ("small" and quiet), our dog and us were invited inside… Delicious suggestions for local wine, fish, and desserts were wonderful with amazing attitudes. Absolutely recommend.

Quite ok for an Overnight stay. Unfortunately, there were only rooms available with skylight — but otherwise fine.

This a lovely boutique style hotel by the Roman Arena and the sea. Everything was positive for us including the restaurant which served local food at value for money prices. Felt a lot better than it's 3 star rating.

Really enjoyed our stay at this little family run hotel. It was spacious, clean, and the restaurant was great with sensible menu prices. The front desk was like a tourist office with lots of local information to be had from the hard working staff. Happy to recommend it to fellow travelers.

We went to Pula for the ice hockey in the Roman Amphitheatre and stayed at the Amfiteatar Hotel nearby. It is only open since 2011 so everything looks new, our bedroom was a fair size, bathroom too. Service was up to our expectation, including a lovely seafood platter on the terrace restaurant. We would be happy to stay there again, but with only 18 rooms, availability might be a problem.

We had a spacious bedroom with a large shower. It is located next to the Coliseum and Marina and 10 minutes walk to the Centre of the city. There is a very good restaurant with an unusually large number of non-residents there eat. Good service at reasonable rates this hotel keeps busy all the year.

Hotel Amfiteatar is a quality 3-star, all provided, what we were expecting that. It was a good choice in the menu in the restaurant, the food was very nice and reasonably priced.

Amfitheater hotel has a lot to offer more than any other 3-star, we have stayed so far. This is supported by the fact that it is newly created and close to the attractions. We could not really fault except that find in the Park on the next Street. This much charming hotel located in a beautiful seaside town with to do and to see.

Nice small hotel with a first-class restaurant. Has much more to offer than most 3 star hotels.

You guessed right, it is next to the Roman Amphitheatre. This is a stylish new hotel with only 18 rooms and a very good restaurant. The location is ideal for the Marina, town centre, bus station and is in a safe area.
