5 Stars Just returned from a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. Our room was absolutely superb… We had a corner room with balcony with fabulous sea views from its 3 windows which also made the room bright and airy. High ceilings and dark wood furniture gave this room a majestic feel. The room was air-conditioned and had a very modern control panel to operate lights and door. We found the room very quiet and got a great night's sleep each night in the very comfortable bed. Our bathroom/wetroom was huge and also had a big window so was very bright and airy too… Shower was excellent… Soft super white towels and bathrobe along with nice toiletries made it very comfortable. There is a beautifully kept spa and pool area with very comfortable loungers and double day beds… The wonderful two ladies kept it spotless and always had a wonderful welcome for you each day… Ice cold water and fruit available in spa area. A wonderful breakfast is supplied each morning with a huge and plentiful array of food and drink… You can have eggs cooked to order… I loved my fresh made omelette each morning! The restaurant is fabulous with a wonderful menu and we really enjoyed our dinner there on two nights of our stay. What makes this hotel even better is the excellent staff in all parts of the hotel who were always friendly and very helpful and efficient. The hotel is very well positioned to give easy access to the beautiful old town.

We been first time here and really love it. The service is very nice, everyone very helpful. Nice rooms with beautiful sea view. Sunbeds are enough and never blocked with towels! The restaurant serving fresh fish and scampi. PARKING is right in front of the hotel. Dozens Restaurants within one minute walking distance. Great place and … we'll be back!

Friendly welcoming staff. Clean. Good breakfasts. Well positioned in Porec old town. Stunning sea views. Be aware they do not provide tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Exceptional service at check in and throughout the hotel. Lovely views on the water. Parking equivalent to ten Euro a day. Lovely spa and pool use with stay. We really enjoyed the hotel and our rooms view.

Rooms are nice — equipment fits and is generous.

We were staying at this hotel for a weekend… located right on the sea towards the historical part of Porec. Great hotel retro luxury style, very nice and professional staff, good food and lovely the dining room with sea view! Nice, spacious and well cleaned rooms, only flaws the very small SPA almost non-existent relaxation area and little cared and controlled! But overall I would say great hotel! I forgot, there is a casino right in the hotel!

Great hotel in a brilliant location. Having survived for 6 days travelling Croatia where everyone is puffing away on cigarettes and for a non smoker it was too much, we arrived at the hotel and went to our room. Damn it, the people who stayed the night before had been smoking in the room. It stank. Huge thank you to Diego who shifted us straight away. 100m away from the morning ferry to Venice, I would recommend a stay at Palazzo Hotel.

And wonderful in the service and you eat very well.

Having stayed here in 2013 we could not wait to go back. Goodness knows what had happened to this beautiful hotel. Just a few things that were wrong only two working umbrellas around the pool area. Pool had not functioned properly for weeks the filters were faulty. We had the pool in working order for only three days out of the seven when we were there. Breakfasts were a disaster not enough crockery often not enough fruit most mornings bread in short supply as for black tea told we don't have it have fruit tea instead. Saying all this the staff were delightful and tried there very best. We complained to the manager who said the pool furniture would be sorted in three weeks … on our last night we were presented with a lovely fruit bowl and bottle of red as an apology for all the mishaps at the hotel. When leaving we read the visitors comment book in reception only to find the same problems we suffered were happening eight months before… in other words you have been warned and I do sincerely hope that things have been sorted as this is a lovely hotel and the staff are brilliant.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful that on the terrace overlooking the water the meals can take, but beware of thieving seagulls.

Hotel and setting excellent. Large selection at breakfast but dinners a lot to be desired. Best not to have half board.

Very well organized with everything thats around it stayed for 4 days always staff was professional at all time the view and the historic looking Hotel its worth seeing it.

Food not good most sun umbrellas are broken swimming pool filters always broken and have been for months staff lovely though and they are always apologizing very noisy at weekends till 5 00, am.

A beautifully located hotel, reasonably priced for the ambiance a comfort, present check in staff a bellboy. Breakfast was however very basic & a disappointment.

Refined and tastefully furnished ambience. Great tranquility and comfort. Very professional and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet, plentiful and varied. Free Wi-Fi, excellent browsing speed and no limits in data traffic. Possibility of parking in private stalls in front of the hotel with extra charge of €10/day in low season. Clean Wellness Area with beautiful sea view: steam bath, Finnish sauna and whirlpool.

Very nice Hotel in a panoramic location, nice and helpful staff, nice casino. Clean and spacious rooms, but exaggeratedly warm. The only downside to the spa, really very small.

Fantastic hotel. Ivana and all staff. Especially front desk and young Thomas our waiter is so good at what he does. Lovely location and we had two beautiful sea view rooms. We will be back.

Beautiful accommodations on the tip of the coast. Outdoor seating on the Adriatic is perfect for watching the sun set. Visit the spa while you stay — it is free with your reservation. Bring a bathing suit. The hot tub, wet and dry saunas and infinity pool make you feel like royalty.
