If ever you travel to Santorini, this family run hotel located in Fira overflows with hospitality, friendliness and cleanliness. Rooms are extremely clean and tidy, beds comfortable, staff friendly and accommodating to your every need. Maria, Kiki and Nick it was SO nice to meet you all. Thank you for making our stay in Santorini one of the most memorable.
No (or bad) Wi-Fi, not enough towels, hard and uncomfortable beds (felt like plastic), sauna and jaccuzi at additional cost (30€ and 25€), no «spa» as it said there would be, bad parking, loud traffic, bad AC (loud), everything comes with additional cost, pool only «open» 10-19, no hot water in taps we complained multiple times and they said we «had to wait» for it to become hot? also not cold enough to drink pleasurably, sloppy owners, garden is not as in pictures it is overgrown, extremely bad assortiment of kitchen accessories, had to pay in cash.

We have been installed in Villa Rose from 30/6 to 3/7 and have been very nice, highlight above all the friendliness of the staff and the treatment received, explain everything to be able to visit and are always attentive to anything you need.
The room was very clean and comfortable, with kitchen with utensils and every day we were reminded of breakfast in the fridge consisting of: toast, butter, jams, croissants, orange juice, milk, coffee capsules, sugar, water…, bathroom with towels and gels, cleaning and toilet of the room every day.
In the facilities it has a swimming pool, with towels to be used both in the pool and to take them to the beach, sun creams, diving goggles, mats, hammocks, armchairs…
Excellent location, as it has good area to park if you rent a car, it is 5 minutes walk from the center of Fira, and there are restaurants, supermarkets, oven… Near.
