Apartments Rajkovic

A convenient covered parking area under a carport is provided for guests. Thanks to the constant shade, the vehicle interior stays cool even on the hottest summer days. The parking area is kept completely clean and tidy. Guests do not need to worry about finding a parking space or the security of their personal vehicles.

The owners, Dani and Ana, have earned exceptional gratitude from guests for their incredible warmth and constant care. The hosts are happy to share local recommendations and fascinating stories while remaining tactful and unobtrusive. They respond instantly to any request, such as gladly providing additional outdoor furniture for the terrace. The welcoming, family-like atmosphere leaves guests with the fondest memories.

Wireless Wi-Fi access is available throughout the accommodation. However, some travelers mention that the signal in certain rooms may not be strong enough. The speed is sufficient for messaging and basic web browsing, but it may feel slow for heavier tasks.

The interior is fully equipped for a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. Kitchens come with all necessary cookware and tableware, an oven, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with ice prepared for guests upon arrival. For added convenience, washing machines, modern air conditioners, and TVs are installed. A large outdoor fireplace grill is also available in the yard, which is regularly cleaned and prepared for use.

The property features an outdoor swimming pool with magnificent sea views. The water and the surrounding deck area are always kept spotlessly clean. Surrounded by a well-manicured garden with olive trees, the pool is ideal for relaxing during the heat of the day. The pool area is a particular highlight for younger guests.

The accommodation is ideal for families traveling with children of all ages. Guests comfortably stay here with infants as well as school-age children. Spacious options featuring two bedrooms and a separate kitchen are available. The clean outdoor pool is a main source of joy and entertainment for children.

The hosts welcome travelers with thoughtful, generous gestures. Upon arrival, chilled drinks, juice, and beer await guests in the refrigerator, alongside a bowl of fresh fruit on the table. The owners regularly treat guests to homemade baked goods, wine, liqueurs, and home-cooked products. If a guest celebrates a birthday during their stay, the hosts present them with lovely gifts and fresh flowers.

Cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property are maintained to the highest standard. The apartments are thoroughly cleaned before check-in, and bed linen and dishes are in pristine condition. The entire surrounding grounds, including the lounge area, garden, and outdoor fireplace, are impeccably maintained. Guests unanimously highlight the flawless neatness both indoors and outdoors.
