Read emails before checking in as you will need to let them know of arrival time and need to check in just down the road. I had a mix up and missed check in (my fault) but staff were understanding. I had to wait for check in as they were expecting me hours earlier but it was no problem. Hotel is in a great location so I just grabbed a pizza and ice cream while I waited. Staff werw friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again no problem.
I read the negative reviews and would like to say that our experience was very positive. The staff were very nice. They explained the area to us and even helped us arrange to get our lost luggage back. The room was very clean but small but you must keep in mind that you are in the centre of Dubrovnik in a old town. — 1 star for small room. But check out the view from your window! (2 layers of windows so stays pretty quiet)

Very clean. Nicely updated amenities and well designed decor. Fantastic view of the main Street yet very quiet and comfortable.
