Privathause Marija also offers an apartment: One word describes the whole apartment — DISGUSTING! We didn't expect that after years there is still someone doing accommodation business in Croatia like this. I will write only a few negative words, but for the overall impression, a video that is shot in detail would be necessary, because photos distort from a distance.
The apartment smelled musty upon arrival.
The kitchen has one electrical plug.
All the carpets were very dirty and covered with drops and dirt, and greasy with dust. We had to put them on the terrace under the roof. Otherwise, we probably wouldn't even sleep here!
The floor is dirty and in the kitchen also greasy (we had black feet from the floor).
The decoration of the whole apartment is ugly, old, dusty and ruined, which is discouraging from the start. Everywhere there are pictures made of polystyrene, paper butterflies and some kind of artificial vases that even hang from the ceiling. The decorative pillows are stained.
The sheets and cover sheets all have unwashed stains. Some also had cracks/holes. Every mattress has a fluffy disgusting blanket and then a sheet on top of that. We found a dirty sock and a plastic juice bottle under the mattress in the smaller room. Under the bed on the floor of the small room was dust, another plastic bottle and dirt. We didn't get under the other beds because they don't have legs.
The vacuum cleaner that was in the apartment had a full bag.

Horrible. I thought that the rooms were amazing and has the sea-view but I was wrong, I really had expectations up but in reality it's just very bad. The owner greeted us and acted very nice towards us but she didnt even spoke english or italian, she kept making the words incomprensible and difficult to understand. The owner puts us in a garage-like room and it was very small and it may trigger claustrophobic people, especially in the bathroom. It has one door, no windows no anything. And It was very tiny, the air conditioner wasn't even working and ice kept falling from it. The refrigirator was super loud and old, the sheets were not very clean and there were alot of bugs.
I really dont recommend it.

Awful, avoid at all costs. The owner does not speak any languages (not even Croatian! ), she made us report that we have not arrived at all to avoid taxes. The room was a garage converted to a "bedroom", with no windows and an old and extremely noisy refrigerator. There was NO kitchen and no cutlery. To get to the beach, you have to cross the main road (i. E. Extremely high traffic), which is really dangerous. Will never ever go back. One star because you can't give zero.
