A nice, modern, and very clean apartment house. Spacious and well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Parking is free.
The only drawback is the noise — either by the other occupants in different apartments, or from the neighbors.

The apartments looked really modern and nice on the website (we had booked 3 for our group of 12). The three bedroom apt was all clean — and hard — surfaces, making sound resonate through-out — with 6 people in it, we had a hard time actually hearing one another. And the upstairs bathroom was under the eaves, so that anyone taller than 5'6" can't stand up straight in the shower or in front of the sink. The two bedroom apartment was nice, roomy, serviceable. The one bedroom apt on the ground floor was tiny, and way overpriced for what it was, but the owners did make some adjustments. The apartment is in a residential area, a nice walk from town along the seashore, and with easy bus access. We were plagued by mosquitoes, all covered by bites after a couple of nights — no window screens, but too warm to close windows.

As we arrived by bus, we appreciated the owners offer to transfer us in their car to and from the apartment. The apartment is in a good location for the beaches and restaurants but a bit of a walk to the old town. There was a bus. The apartment was modern, clean and spacious with two balconies. At night the area was very noisy with neighbours in and next door to the building. The bedrooms were quite hot without the windows open which meant Mosquitos and Wi-Fi seemed to only work properly in the stair well. However, overall our stay was very good, mostly thanks to the helpful and friendly owners.
