➜ Very warm welcome by Dragan hotel very well located in relation to the beach and downtown Biograd the people there are very welcoming the staff also have top pools despite an end to the season so a bit cold
Only downside the music very loud and the alarm clock is not necessarily nice.
Food was extremely bad, horrible to be precise. No taste at all. Wi-fi for rooms is overpriced — in 21st century you would expect it to be free everywhere in the hotel and not have to pay 5€ a day for a questionable connection (we didn't take the deal, so I can't really say how good or bad the connection is). You said answering a review on booking. Com that according to the 3star categorization you are not obligated to change towels on a daily basis. Towels are changed every other day — we had 2 changes during our 5 day stay, but we had to beg for the fourth set of towels because there were four of us. If there wasn't for those amazing housekeeping women, we wouldn't have our towels — the only praise goes to them. We got the all inclusive instruction manual on the first day, but all that poolside snack thing was a joke — ice cream for kids? Yeah, we only have Ledo and you have to pay. The whole all inclusive package is a joke, because three meals we had were awful, I was sick most of the time and my kids actually ate pudding and cake for lunch one day. How can you screw up scrambled eggs or polenta and make them inedible will forever stay a mistery to me. Obviously the 3star categorization has some rule against good food as well as too frequent change of towels. No wonder the grim looking receptionist didn't ask us if we enjoyed our stay at the check out. It's a big fat no recommendation from me.
