Splitska Hotels near Split Marina

I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, but Hotel Ambasador Split is one of those rare places that stays with you long after you leave.

We had a really lovely stay at Hotel Ambasador Split. The hotel is beautiful, modern and in a fantastic location, with great views and easy access to the waterfront and the old town.

My wife and I stayed at the Judita Palace in early May of this year. It was arranged by our travel agency and could not have been a better choice.

Spent a week in the beautiful hotel. We were lucky to be able to stay in the deluxe suite. Fantastic spacious room kept spotless every day by the cleaning staff.

Very enjoyable stay, Hotel is right in the centre of the old town, a stones throw from everything. Room was spotless and staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent hotel in the main square of the Old Town and just a 3 minute walk to the harbour seafront.

I think it is a great Location. Short walk to sea and center of Split. Very close to everything you want to see. Room was very spacious with a big bathroom.

Wanted to give 5 stars because of the helpful staff and great location.

Great location as is walking distance to the pedestrian-only Old Town Split. This hotel has wonderful staff. Easy to communicate with them in English. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Dont judge things by their appearances. Yes, this hotel is on the 3rd floor of an old building with only one narrow lift (quite charming).

Absolutely best location in Split. Room was fresh, warm while keeping the historic wall. I had everything I could have asked for. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

A beautiful hotel, amazingly helpful friendly staff and the breakfasts are just out of this world! Toni came and met us where the taxi dropped us off and helped us with the bags to the room.

Great location, clean rooms and good AC. Hotel was very good about communicating to us before our arrival.

A pleasant hotel five minutes' walk from the old city.

My husband and I just completed a fantastic stay at the Piazza Heritage hotel. The employees were so kind and accommodating, and the hotel itself is lovely.

Best location, clean, modern chick in an old building. So fun! Great room with nice sized bath. View of the square. Super helpful staff. We reserved a parking spot weeks before arrival.

Not only is the hotel an amazing property, the staff are what make this place truly memorable.

Wow. By far the best hotel we stayed at so far on our Italy/ Croatia trip. Big room, great bathroom, friendly staff and located in the Palace area.

We had a lovely lunch in the small courtyard of this hotel which was beautifully decorated and spacious inside. The food was very good – we shared a variety of fish dishes, including langoustines.

This is an extraordinary little hotel built into the fabric of Dioclatian's Palace and reached via a maze of tiny ancient alleyways.

Very nice, clean and cosy. Breakfast is tasty and rich. Everyone is so kind. Would recommend 10/10.

The hotel is located in an amazing location, the staff is friendly and efficient, plus the breakfast is delicious. I recommend it.

Highly recommended hotel for staying in Split. Clean, comfortable & quiet with a fantastic breakfast. Staff all friendly & helpful. Perfectly located & easy walk to the old town & waterfront.

Great room for our family of four. Wonderful breakfast to start off our day. Staff was friendly and helpful, and all of Split was within close walking distance. Can definitely recommend!

What a gem in the heart of Split! The Cardo Heritage Hotel is a magnificent spot in an exceptional location.

We made the reservation at the last minute and there wasn't much choice left and it is a great decision we made for split. The hotel is small and no parking on site.

We spent 2 nights at the Hotel Agava earlier this month. It's a lovely boutique inn in a thoughtfully restored historic building.

We stayed at Hotel Agava for a week recently during August. We chose this hotel for its ideal location as it is walkable to the main Old Town of Split and because it also has a swimming pool.

Excellent place.
Location: Very close to old city, various boat tour start point as it is very close from Matejušk. This is also close from bus station and train station.

We had a fantastic stay where we were on the large apartment with beautiful views over split. The apartment had absolutely everything and was so modern and fresh.

Perfect location and beautifully appointed rooms. Love the location and a private garage to park in was perfect. We had the apartment with small kitchen which was great for me and my two sons.

Julia was a fantastic host, extremely helpful, charming and gave great advice, we would definitely stay again, very clean and great facilities.

SO glad we chose this place. We stayed in 5 different locations on our euro trip and each one lacked something but this place had everything and it was a breath of fresh air being here.

Relaxing home base 5 minutes walking from Old Town Split. The front desk team was fantastic making sure we had everything we needed at all times. Well kept hotel with great beds, AC, and amenities.

Great location. Room was as described, very clean and spacious. Luka was very helpful in coordinating our arrival and departure.

Our accomodation here is terrific and very convenient location. Food in restaurant perfect. Most delicious risotto. Service by Michael exceptional. All staff were excellent owner very friendly.

Top experience all round!

I’ve had a lovely 5 day stay here, above the restaurant in a heavily touristy area but we are tucked away from the noise and crowds and central to lots of places.

We spent 4 nights in this charming hotel around New Year's Eve. The location is the best you can imagine, our rooms had a seaview, everything was in walking distance.

The hotel and rooms are clean and odor-free. Room is small. Although it’s an old building and you may hear some interior noise, it’s completely soundproof from outside.

This hotel was beyond all my expectations, the staff were superb could not do enough from meeting us and taking our cases to breakfast service with the most beautiful smiles.

We stayed in the Annex of the Hotel. The room provided all the necessary comfort including controllable air conditioning. The breakfasts were amazing with a great choice.

Great place to stay, everything is very close by foot and the room is clean and comfortable:) The owners are very helpful.

Just incredible, the host, the location, the accommodation. Nothing bad, everything was magic.
I hope to see you again Alen!
Theo from France!

Really nice place to stay — bright, clean, modern and a lovely old building. The flat is in a really nice area with shops and good restaurants nearby, and is conveniently located near the port.

Host was helpful and very hospitable.
Beds were very comfortable and nice bedding.
Fridge had water, fresh juices, beer and wine. Also fresh fruit.

This is actually no hotel (no idea why the TA classified it as such), but a fine apartment located in a small ground floor house, the owners living in the house behind where is another, larger,

The room was beautifully decorated and exactly my style. Great location near the hill viewpoint. I also liked that there was a fridge, plates, and cutlery available.

The apartment is cozy and comfortable. Had everything we need and in a fantastic location. Kristina was very accommodating and quick with replying to correspondence. Couldn't have asked for more.
