Love this place! We've organized a beautiful wedding dinner here and we were soooo satisfied!

Very clean rooms and tasty food, strongly recommended.

Excellent meal and the service and ambience were superb.

We had booking for dinner for two at 8 pm at Friday. Ambient and decor is beautiful but unfortunately, nothing else really amazed us there.
After a cold cheese platter for starter (which was constructed of 2 slices of prosciutto and 4 slices of cheese) we waited full 50 minutes for mains (deconstructed burger and spicy squids). Only after our inquiry about food with main waiter/sommelier (who by the way kinda ignored us and did not apologised for waiting) we got our food — at the same time he was waitering big party at table next to our which were ordering lot of expensive wine and giving them all the attention, bringing what ever they needed same second which made us feel like not worth of his attention. Waiter who was serving us was friendly and nice tho, apologising when brought the dish. Deconstructed burger was bun, sauce and two small beef minced burgers — average and we tasted better in Dublin for that price (17e). Spicy squids were drowned in corn sauce — unusual but not my cup of tea, flavours were just all over the shop so I did not finished my main. We had gin and tonic and glass of white Croatian wine which was brilliant and price was great. All in all, we expected amazing food in amazing ambient and we wouldn't mind paying for fine dining. What we got was average food in a restaurant which is understaffed and aiming on fine dining but it is not. 75 e for two drinks, two average small mains and one super small starter left the sour aftertaste.

Very convenient place to stay in the old town of Split, only about 8 mins walk away to the other side of the old town, and very close to the port for some sea faring activities!

Helpful and accommodating staff. Room overlooking a busy walking street, that said very good sound proofing so quiet room. Enjoyed our short stay thoroughly!

The stay was nice, nice garden to sit in and look to the harbor, the managment there was very helpful as to help me find things, and took the time to help me with my bags (I felt bad because I had like 6 heavy ones). In case there is any pizza lovers out there, there is a place called Pizza Cut not far where they had good pizza. At least I thought it was like pizza back home in the states. Close to a great strip of coffee shops and resturanuts.

Certainly a 5 star. Decent price, very well located (10min walk to old town), beautiful small apartment with kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped for basic meal. Car parking is possible (discuss with owner).

The best place to stay while visiting Split. Perfect location.

This place is genuinely unbelievable for the cost. Central location, plus you get a mini apartment to yourself with kitchen and personal service from the owner himself.

Perfect location and perfect place to visit Split. Nikola is really friendly and helpful. The cottages are nice, fully equipped and quite, just a few minutes walking from the city center. 100% recommended.
