Beautiful interior, beautiful view, great coffee, very neat, in the center of the promenade. Definitely come back.

A couple of highlights — the staff helped us organise the airport shuttle, and later-on helped with dinner reservations and trips around the countryside. We brought a lot of luggage with us, but the receptionist carried it for us, which was very helpful. All-in-all, a very pleasant stay, and would recommend it to everyone! Grazie!

Irena and other staff were super friendly and very helpful. They waited for us to arrive to the property and they even took our suitcases to the apartment on the second floor! The apartment is in an amazing location, it is huge and faces the board walk/sea. It is located in the city center within walking distance to all the attractions in Split. The apartment has a huge modern kitchen with all the amenities. There is a separate living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, each with a huge King/Cal King size very comfortable bed. There is one bathroom which is very nice. The A/C works fantastic in all the rooms. The apartment was super clean and to our surprise the apartment was cleaned everyday, all included in the price of the rental. I can't say enough good things about this rental. It definitely worth it.

We rented these apartments as a group of 10 students without a car and were highly satisfied with our stay. The place is spacious, very clean, well-kept and a short walking distance from the centre and various beaches. The owner was nice and very helpful, giving us great advice for tours, places to visit and various restaurants around the city. There is no outdoor space or terrace, but there are wide windows looking out onto the sea. Overall, the perfect place for a comfortable and stress-free holiday.

Great luxury spacious apartments right in the middle of the tourist center Location was excellent right in the center, the room had a magnificent view and very spacious.

Very nice view & great location.

I attempted to stay here last summer. I booked a private apartment. I emailed them before I arrived to confirm my reservation and arrival time but they never responded. I was given the wrong address and had to wait outside for almost an hour. When I checked in, they told me that I would have to share the apartment I booked. This was obviously unacceptable as my Airbnb confirmation said it was a private accommodation. When I asked for a refund, the owner become irate. Do not stay here, they do not honor you reservation.

Absolutely PERFECT location, steps from the promenade and the Palace but far enough to avoid loud crowds. The apartment was bright with an amazing view of the bay, very clean and everything was working as expected. Windows have blinds that make the room very dark for a comfortable sleep. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay and they even did laundry for us once during our stay. Parking is at an additional cost but SO worth it, it is very convenient and easy to use. I would recommend these apartments without reservation!

Luxury Apartments Maestral is an ideal option for business people. Our company have rented one Luxury Apartment with two bedroooms, 4 beds, great size, sea view with all the neccesary details in the kitchen and living room. We spent 1 month in this Apartment, always about 2-3 persons, we have changed weekly. We also loved The Main Split Promenade, lots of sunny days, always full with people. Hope we shall come back very soon.
