Today, an out-of-the-ordinary situation occurred at the Riviera Hotel! I forgot my swimsuit in the room this morning and discovered it was missing at lunchtime that same day! I immediately called the administrator and then the circus began — Olga Aleksandrovna Prilipko said that the swimsuit was thrown into the trash, and the garbage collection company had already taken it to an unknown direction! And she immediately called my friend and said that they forgot her swimsuit, to which he allegedly replied, according to her, “We don’t need any swimsuits — throw them away! How can you lie so blatantly! After I said that I was calling the police, the swimsuit was magically found! I ask management to pay attention to this employee — if she deceives clients, spoils the hotel's reputation, the hotel loses clients, receives negative reviews! Why do you need such an employee! If the hotel management cares about its reputation, sort out this problem! The owner is hard to find, but I will definitely find out whose hotel it is and call the owner! Waiting for an answer!

Great Hotel! Located in a quiet and cozy place) The rooms are comfortable and clean! The towels always smell very nice! The breakfasts are delicious! The coffee is amazing! I choose this Hotel every business trip!

Was there in March. The idea with access to the pool is excellent, but the execution is as usual in Crimea, “Crimean quality”. Spacious room with large bathrooms (separate good shower for the bedroom). Shabby furniture with peeling leatherette. The local cafe is no good, the food is so-so. When the water turned off, while I was in the hotel sauna, they simply offered to use the pool. For two days, the water problem has not been resolved; there is no backup source of water supply. I had to carry water from the pool to, excuse me, wash it off after myself. At the same time, the price tag is such that for this money in a normal city like Yekaterinburg or Kazan, for example, you can rent a decent suite with good service. Friendly staff, which, naturally, does not in any way compensate for the narrow-mindedness and lack of customer focus of their superiors.

Nice hotel, nice spacious rooms, but not very convenient location. The food is prepared of high quality. The pool and the area around it are quite cozy and pleasant. You can order food both to your room and to the pool. The only thing is that they can promise parking on site, but in fact there may not be any. The places are all busy and the administration shrugs, saying we can’t help, everything is busy. You'll have to leave your car somewhere near the hotel.

New hotel. We arrived on April 28 before the holidays. The hotel is clean, everything smells of detergents and even the bedside rug was slightly damp. And then the room was cleaned well. 5k for cleaning. The pool, which is stated to be available all year round, is still heated only so-so, 20-23 degrees, and when the cold wind blows, it is uncomfortable. There are 4ka here. Although the pool itself is really huge. The administration also maintains order and among vacationers, if they behave loudly, they ask them not to disturb others. We had a great rest, despite the fact that the hotel was full, the convenient location of the rooms made it possible not to even notice it. Thanks to the administrators, always on site and in touch. There is a grocery store within walking distance, a liquor store is a little further away, but it’s comfortable on foot.

Clean, good breakfast, the room was simply excellent with two bathrooms (there were five of us), overlooking the pool.
Wifi is very weak, this is the main drawback, but rather not of the hotel, but of Sevastopol in general. Because of this, the hotel is difficult to find; the navigator does not see it. The room only has a microwave and a kettle, no stove.

Cool hotel. We took a room with a double bed and a sofa bed.
There is a kitchen, a good bathroom, cosmetics (shampoo, gel, ear sticks), an additional set of linen, tea, coffee, a kettle. Everything is in working order. There is a large heated swimming pool in the yard.
We stayed for 1 night as we were traveling around Crimea and spending the night in different cities. But I want to come back here.

Really enjoyed it! Clean 2-room apartment, kitchen, oven, refrigerator! The hotel has a cafe: yummy herring, fried potatoes! We obelis! All prices are generally low! Only: our car's navigation system did not find the street of this hotel!

Clean and comfortable, but shabby the cat and its coat on the couch near retsepshine spoils the impression about the hotel. The staff is not nice smoky. From the pool love it! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast for four.
