We've been staying at this hotel for several years now. We like the low density; the hotel has few rooms, making it feel half-empty. The staff is helpful.
We're already really tired of the rooms. The mattress wasn't very good, to say the least. The kitchen utensils are time to throw them out, but apparently the staff doesn't even bother with them.
And most importantly, the pool is very dirty. The hotel now lets people in from the street. It's a public pool, meaning by 9am you can hear children screaming. By 11am, the pool is full of residents. It used to be great to go out for a swim in a clean, empty pool in the morning, but that's no longer the case.
