In principle, a good option. So far the best of all that we rented (traveling around the country. Budget, this room was a semi-luxury 4500 came out per day)
Everything was good in this one, but there is no washing machine, iron and shower stall (as my husband already said *bad form* for hotels 😆) by the way, this was the first room with a BATH. For all the time that we rented.

The hotel staff is accommodating when there are any requests. Convenient location. You can use breakfast.
Unfortunately, not all rooms are newly renovated.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, within easy reach of a cafe-dining room, three stops from the train station, three stops from the bus station. That's where the pros end. Age-old dust on the chandelier, horrible carpeting, dirty matting on the walls, in general, a poor renovation. The girl at the reception, she was just…, there is something to compare with. The impression of the hotel is terrible. The batteries in the TV remote did not work. The smell of sewage and chlorine in the corridors, that's something.

Terribly dirty, guest service is a nightmare.
They are rude, swear, and don’t listen to requests.
I do not recommend this hotel.

Total unsanitary conditions, the staff is rude, they don't know what etiquette is. Starting with the terribly dirty room, ending with the food, in which the woman simply said "what are you choosing here, you are not paying for anything" and it doesn't matter that breakfast is included in the price! Total disappointment in this place. I do not recommend it.

We managed to park the car. Passable breakfast. Convenient location. Spending the night will do.
It's somehow not comfortable. There's a construction site across the road.

Location. Quiet street with no traffic. I can’t say anything about soundproofing; the hotel was empty. It's about 20 minutes to Primorsky Boulevard, slowly. By trolleybus (frequent) 2 or three stops. To Ushakov Square, transport stop, 5 minutes.
The food, I'm talking about breakfast, is tasty, but monotonous. I have never seen anywhere in Russia that two almost transparent slices of bread were served. Well, no coffee, it’s something without anything. Cherry — there is no drinking water either. At least they installed a cooler…
We were greeted normally, the staff was “threateningly” polite, that is, at the end of my stay I couldn’t get into the room, it took me a long time to figure out what color the lock glowed when I swiped my card. Finally, they announced that they were coming. Within three days they stopped adding shampoo and gel. After my innocent question: “What, the supplies have run out, the administrator explained that he cannot control everyone, but the supplies have arrived.

The hotel does not have an elevator, it was inconvenient to climb to the 4th floor with a suitcase. In the room, the curtain rod had no stops and the curtains simply fell to the floor if you pulled them apart.

Nice city hotel in the center of Sevastopol, on a quiet one-way street. Nearby are shops and cafes. You can walk to the embankment.
Delicious breakfasts. There are 4 options to choose from. Delicious coffee from a coffee machine. Everything is simple, but fast and tasty.
Cozy, large room. We booked 2 rooms. Lux and standard. Rooms on the 4th floor. There is no elevator. But this is not critical for us. Comfortable bed. View from the window onto the street from one room. From the second to a small cozy private courtyard. Calm and quiet.

The room was economy class, therefore the quality of the room itself was worse. 5th floor, a bit showery, the air conditioner saved the day. I don’t recommend taking it, it’s practically an attic.
The room is clean, no complaints.
The girl at the reception is very nice and friendly). But there are huge complaints about the employee at breakfast; the second day she spoiled the mood with her appearance and attitude towards the guests.

Excellent hotel, price/quality 5. Quiet center, half an hour's walk to the embankment, you can take a couple of stops by trolleybus. There is a place to park your car in front of the hotel, the street is quiet and not very busy. We had breakfast included; for breakfast they offered to choose two dishes out of four (scrambled eggs, porridge, pancakes, casserole). Tasty and very filling.
The hotel is clean, as is the room, the linens are starched.
There is one caveat: for those who find it difficult to climb stairs, you need to carefully book a room in this hotel. There is no elevator, we had an ordinary room on the 5th floor, we are young and we were not very scared, but for those who have problems with their legs, it will probably be difficult.

The hotel is in the city center, one minus — there is no elevator, we were accommodated on the 5th floor… very modest breakfast: a choice of 2 dishes out of 3 (fried eggs, oatmeal porridge and pancakes with condensed milk), tea or coffee (coffee is not tasty, has some kind of burnt taste). Cleaning is daily. There are many catering outlets near the hotel. There are a couple of grocery stores. I'm glad there are public transport stops near the hotel — you can get anywhere by bus.

We rented an apartment under a roof. The staff is friendly. The apartments are clean and newly renovated. There are small disadvantages like the lack of light above the sink, clothes dryer and broom (with children you definitely need to sweep something). The location is good, there are parking spaces.

The 🛎 hotel room has everything you need. The room has a safe, hairdryer, excellent Wi-Fi, TV, but there were no slippers or bathrobes. Car parking is a problem. Breakfast 🥣 in the cafe was included, but I don’t know how yet… Hotel in the city center.

Avoid the hotel. You are not welcome here. There are female staff working here, and they are not embarrassed by the torn tulle in the rooms or the cobwebs on the ceiling. Flowers covered with black dust in the foyer. There is a kettle, but where is the logic — there is no water and glasses! There is no parking, there is a residential building across the narrow road, right on the side of the road and you park your car with the local residents. The hotel is not customer oriented at all. But the cafe is even more interesting. Breakfast is served by an aunt from the category of those who should not be allowed within a kilometer of working with clients. She hates her clients. Red hair. The food is served with your hair down. A couple of hairs in your porridge, of course, won't hurt you… From 12 to 15 in the cafe there is a set lunch. They close at 16.00. The price is about 250 rubles, but you have to make it from excursions in time for this lunch. Or smoothly from ten o'clock breakfast to 12 for lunch? And from 15 to 16.00 employees remove the cash register.! What kind of clients are you guys? The last thing I expected was such a low level of service in Sevastopol.
