Crimea, Sevastopol, Senyavina Street, 5, sq. 8 — rented an apartment at this address. In the house very thin walls, you can hear the music playing or swearing neighbors. There's also no parking. The apartment is two rooms, a big one. Its main advantage is the location (a 5-minute walk from the waterfront). Later, it was discovered that the water heater was defective! and the water does not have time to heat, because it works as a flowing! (and how you want to take a shower after the salty sea and hot street) Curtain in the shower with mold! (the hostess saves even on toilet paper). Savings are felt in everything — on a double bed we were offered a half-to-a-half set of bed linen:) In the kitchen cupboard we found cups brown from tea and a dirty knife and fork. The windows in this apartment have not washed, apparently, since the day of its construction.
! In the bedroom, the smell of mould is persistent: all the laundry and pillows are smelled. As we understood (looking at the ceiling) some time ago the apartment flooded neighbors from above and the water was left to rot under the stretch ceiling …
