The attitude of the bar and billiards is terrible. We asked to turn on the air conditioner, and the woman with a dissatisfied face said that this service costs 750 rubles, although the game itself costs 250 rubles. You give them money, and they almost throw the change in your face.
The degeneration of the muzzle and face speaks about why you came here in the first place. In general, I didn’t really like the relationship for our money. Not a nice place.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful holiday in Dolphin in August 2021. I liked everything: the quality of room service (room cleaning daily), change of towels, change of bed linen once a week, quality of food and location of the hotel.
Meals (breakfast and lunch) are included in the price. Dinner was ordered additionally. The food was buffet style, the children ate as much as they wanted. For lunch there were additional fruits: watermelon and melon. For breakfast there is always porridge, sausages, eggs, cottage cheese, kefir, buns, etc. You won’t go hungry!
The rooms are small, but compact and cozy. In our room there was a large double bed and one bunk bed for children. Each room has a balcony and a shower room with toilet.
There is Wi-Fi, but it works with varying degrees of success, it’s not good enough, and you won’t be able to play or watch a movie, but you can write a letter and upload a photo.
The pool is good, sufficient for both children and adults to swim in it. Always clean and the water is not cold. There is a children's playground with a large trampoline and swings.
There are many couples with children in the hotel and on Fridays animators come and entertain the children for about 2 hours (games, dances, competitions and soap bubble shows)
The sea is nearby 5 minutes and you are on the embankment and can swim.
The new market is also nearby, as you exit the territory, and there you can buy absolutely everything, things, vegetables and fruits.

My husband and I rested here for exactly a week. I really want to thank the maids. Such smart girls! Really, like bees from morning to evening. The rooms are cleaned, the grounds are looked after and watered. The rooms need updating. The mattresses squeak, the pillows are very uncomfortable! Food… well, basically there is a lot to choose from. However, I generally do not recommend booking a table for the evening in their cafe. The meat so praised in the video on YouTube is not very good. The pork kebab is over-salted and dry. And their Gennady will easily spoil your mood if he doesn’t have ice. A routine request for a milkshake with orange syrup in addition to the main order led to him literally reprimanding me for calling out a syrup they didn’t have. And with such ambition! Told me off for not looking at their syrup list before ordering! And when I realized that there was nowhere to look (since they were not listed on the menu, and there was no stand on our table indicating them), he moved the stand for us from another table, but did not even apologize for his arrogance! Disgusting! He should learn to talk to people adequately, and then deliver orders! For us personally, this moment became decisive in our impression of Dolphin. We definitely won’t go back there and we don’t recommend it to you!

I would like to go into more detail regarding nutrition. The portions are just like home, straight from the heart. There is always first, second and compote! ) ) )
At the beginning of June we already got our hands on cherries and strawberries. But I never saw the wine for lunch that was mentioned on the menu. Perhaps the occupancy was not complete, then a note should be left.
The room was cleaned every day, linens and towels were provided once a week, but if necessary I can change them as needed. Special thanks to the maids for their understanding!
