The hotel is located on the territory of the Priboy recreation center. There are also a lot of other holiday homes, restaurants with affordable prices, clubs and shops, and a 24-hour pharmacy. A well-maintained beach with entertainment is 100 meters from the hotel. The hotel has everything you need for a great holiday: a comfortable bed, dishes for a snack, a basin, amenities, a balcony, of course a refrigerator and TV, a hairdryer, air conditioning, good sound insulation, Wi-fi, there are coolers on the floors. There is a good swimming pool, an iron, a bar.
I would especially like to note the excellent tireless animation, which tinkers with children all day and entertains adults in the evening. Danya — thank you so much for our healthy and fun vacation! Nastya, thank you for the cool dances that we danced together!
The rooms are clean, tidy, wet cleaning every day, you just need to leave the keys at the reception. For three stars, this is simply a luxurious hotel that lives up to its name — Relax. If we compare, for example, with Cyprus, where water is in short supply, then there are no problems here. Not enough shelves in the room. Shortage of double sheets. They laid single-seaters, but they got lost. They are taken to the healing mud lake for free. The beach on the healing lake is not well-maintained.
We took an excursion to Bakhchisarai at the travel agency "Positive" (located on a shopping street, on the beach side).

I don’t understand where there are so many good reviews, although our family is not at all picky or demanding. We have always vacationed at our resorts (in Crimea for the first time), but this vacation was from the expectation/reality series. And in particular, this only applies to vacation spots and hotels. Maybe this is the norm for Crimea, I don’t know anymore… very disappointed. The price of our tour was equal to a holiday in Turkey (we considered these destinations).
1. It is too loud to say that the hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis. Nowhere on the website is there any information that the dining room is not located on the hotel premises, that it is still a walk away. The dining room is very uncomfortable. 3 meals a day, 40-60 minutes are allotted for each meal. The food is monotonous day after day, meager: for breakfast there is no basic butter, jam, yogurt, — 2 types of side dishes: pasta, buckwheat, 2 types of soup, chicken everywhere, which I love by the way, but in reality it was already in my throat, since in every dish it tasted the same cooked. Once there was grilled salmon, which was strictly distributed one piece at a time.
2. Bar, drinks, etc. So not tasty that after the first day we didn’t visit the bar again. All drinks were served in plastic containers (for comparison, at the Anapa hotel, all the wines were beautifully poured into wine glasses for lunch and dinner — it was also more pleasant to drink).

The room is not bad.
We took a set lunch. Not tasty, cold. I was surprised that there was absolutely no drink at lunch, not even simple tea bags…

We stayed at the hotel in July-August 2020, for two weeks. The impressions are very good. And now, first things first.
We were supposed to fly to five-star Tunisia, but due to the pandemic, Tunisia was postponed to next summer, and we had to buy something for little money, since Tunisia had already taken over our vacation budget. We chose Crimea, the Evpatoria-Saki region, since there is both the sea and a healing lake with mud. After scouring the Internet, we decided on the Club-Hotel RELAX, since we prefer an all-inclusive holiday, i. E. The more services, the better.
Before the trip, I read some negative reviews and had serious doubts about the correctness of my choice. But in reality, everything was not so scary.
The hotel is located on the territory of the Priboy Recreation Center, this is a kind of tourist area on a large area near the sea, where there are cafes, restaurants, a beach, shops, a disco, excursion stalls, in general everything what tourists need. Finding a hotel on the territory is quite difficult, since there is just a sea of ​​​​all sorts of hotels, mini-hotels and guest houses, but we went from Biblio Globus, and a guide accompanied us. We arrived at the hotel 4 hours before check-in. Don’t expect to see a huge, beautiful reception hall here; it’s a small room, but you will be received very kindly.

Close to the sea, good breakfast — buffet with variety and good service. There is a swimming pool (I don’t understand why, when there is a sea within walking distance)
While on vacation in Crimea, I managed to stay in different hotels on the southern coast, from Yalta to Yevpatoria. I have never seen worse service and room quality; we placed big bets on this hotel because… its cost per day was the highest of all those booked. There was no limit to the surprise: Location — slums, we were accommodated on the 1st floor with constant traffic from people outside the window, Sleeping place — terrible bed and mattress that had to be moved to get a double bed (*please note when booking it is stated: "The sleeping place can be changed from a double bed to two single beds. Extraneous sounds from the boiler in the bathroom and woke me up from 6 in the morning. The quality of the finishing — it seems that there has been no renovation there for a very long time and does not correspond at all to the photographs on the website.
No relaxation, only troubles. It's good that we only stayed there for two nights. We strongly recommend that you do not stay at this place or confirm your accommodation in writing in advance. Such a service definitely does not deserve three stars!
