My husband and I loved everything. It's a great location, just steps from the embankment, and the sights aren't too far away; we walked around.

A wonderful room with a balcony and sea views. All toiletries are included, plus a bathrobe. There's a kettle. Plenty of outlets. A vanity with lighting. Plenty of storage space. Delicious breakfasts.

Location to the beach 3 minutes walk. Cleaning and change of towels and linen on request immediately. Large spacious room.

Our vacation in May 2025 in Evpatoria was organized spontaneously. The hotel was booked on the way to the destination. The reservation came instantly to the mail, without prepayment conditions.

Excellent boarding house. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, and there's a swimming pool on site.

A very nice place for a family vacation. Close to the embankment, Frknze Park, and an amusement park.
The staff is friendly.
The garden is pleasant and well-maintained.
The playground is in disrepair.

Stayed for a couple of nights in a single room. Very comfortable. Comfortable bed, smooth bed linen. Nice furniture. Large refrigerator, kettle, tea, sugar. Bottle of water.

I really liked the hotel, nice staff, everything was very efficient: laundry, cleaning. The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the linen is snow-white.

We liked the hotel 👍 We only took breakfast, it was delicious and varied. Everything is always fresh. The spa is also good. I don’t know about the season, but it was great in the off-season.

Vacationed in October 2023
This is not the first time we have vacationed here and we must say that Tess-Hotel, in our opinion, is one of the best hotels in Evpatoria.

We visited Crimea for the first time. We had been planning the trip for a long time.
The sanatorium surprised us, from the well-groomed grounds to the fat cats.

I would like to note the positive aspects. A bus takes you to the sea. Although the walk is only 10 minutes slowly.
The staff is very polite, the administrators of building 1 are already like family.

We stayed in the sanatorium from August 12 to 24. I really liked everything. Buffet, very varied dishes for every taste. The rooms are good, bed linen and towels are of very good quality.
