Argo Hotel

Hello everyone, I would like to share my impressions, 04/25/2023, my family and I stayed at the ARGO hotel, we really liked it, cool rooms, friendly girl, convenient location next to the dining room with home cooking, I think the rooms are luxury, not expensive, in the rooms everything is there and everything works, thank you for your hospitality. Nice shared balcony.
The room has a bed and a folding sofa. Bed linen and all accessories were provided. The folding sofa has an additional mattress for comfort.
We were not greeted very kindly: we arrived in the evening, after 21:00. The hotel was closed, they did not open it for a long time, and we entered with a visitor leaving. The administrator came up and scolded us for this, explaining that we had to stand outside and wait. In general, she was not very polite either in the evening or in the morning when we rented out the room.
There is a shared kitchen, but the stove is closed. There was no opportunity to evaluate the cleaning since we stayed for one night.
They forgot something in the room, we were not informed about it. They discovered it when they had already left the city, so they did not return themselves.
The room has a tiled floor and is very cold. There were no slippers in the room.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND choosing a hotel to stay.
Why: if you want to rest and sleep at night, then you won’t be able to…. The hotel is within walking distance to attractions, BUT very close to the tram tracks, so until 22.30 trams will pass every 10 minutes, starting at 5. And then cars begin to drive along the one-way Revolution Street… there are no trams anymore… nothing interferes. The hotel has 5 rooms, they are located on the 2nd floor, there is also a shared kitchen. The audibility is amazing! From May 6 to 7, there was a man downstairs with the administrator, he was talking very loudly… Which made it very difficult to sleep! He spoke loudly until midnight.
I was given a room number 3. At first I somehow didn’t pay attention to the musty smell in the room, and at night I didn’t want to open it and solve the problem… I still wanted to sleep and not spoil anyone’s mood. In the morning I turned to the administrator with a question about the smell and leaks on the wall (room number 3, see photo), to which I received the answer that it was a boiler and that was normal. For me this is not normal. In addition to the smell, there was a dirty shower in the room (remnants of dried foam (see photo) — in room 2 the same story with the shower (the taps cannot be wiped with a rag to remove stains? ) My proposal was either to change the room, or to return the money for the second night's stay (she didn’t give me a receipt at check-in). She agreed to move me to another room.
