Small hotel, fresh clean room, friendly staff, convenient location. A shared balcony facing the street is a great place for a relaxing holiday, where you can drink a can of beer in the evening and watch passers-by. Thank you)

Very good location, in the most beautiful, old part of the city, not far from the sea, close to the best restaurants, museums, cinema.
Quite a large room with high ceilings. Photos on the site are fully consistent.
The hotel and room are clean.
Very friendly staff, check-in time was 14.00, we were checked in at 10.00, it was very pleasant.

In general, the rooms are not bad. Everything was clean, the room, however, was cold. But there was air conditioning, which made it warm. The beds are good, the linen is clean. There is a small kitchen on the floor, but with terrible frying pans. The downside is the unfriendly receptionist (apparently the one on the bike, he even stands in the vestibule). He looks at everyone with such a face, like, why are you in trouble, what am I supposed to do to you? But the second older woman was polite and cultured.

A small two-story hotel. A nice, clean room at an affordable price in the center of Evpatoria. On the floor there is an ironing board with an iron, a water cooler, a small kitchen with all the necessary utensils, an electric kettle. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, disposable soap supplies.

The location of the hotel is in the very center of the city, clean rooms and a comfortable balcony for lunch and dinner. There is a kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV.
Relatively, at local prices, inexpensive cafe "Molochnoe" near the hotel, cheese and wine shop.
Very far from the beaches. Even if the sea itself is close to the hotel, the embankment is surrounded by a fence made of corrugated sheets and to get to the nearest beach, you had to stomp quite a bit. And to the nearest decent beach — take a ride.

I liked the hotel. All attractions are nearby. Very friendly and friendly administrators. Stylish rooms. Cosy. Comfortable.
They weren't very clean. Apparently they were just taking out the trash. And lightly wiped the floor. But for us this was not a big problem.

The hotel is amazing: price-quality, the windows overlook a quiet courtyard, the employees are friendly, the room is clean, they don’t bother you. In the “state”, the beautiful, talkative cat Katya, on the porch, meets and sees off guests, lifts the mood. The location of the hotel is ideal. Near the railway and bus station, public transport stop. The dining room, where the food is very tasty, more than 10 types of coffee and signature teas are brewed.
I didn't see any downsides.

Cozy hotel, everything is new, modern furnishings, convenient location, friendly staff. Excellent price-quality ratio. The downside may be noise from the street from cars and trams.
