Briz Hotel

Check-in went smoothly. The single room was small, cozy, and very bright. The windows overlooked the road, but that didn't interfere with my rest. There was a kettle and cups in the room. An older-generation TV. The location was important to me, and it's simply perfect. It's a 5-7-minute walk to the Primorsky Park embankment. The breakfast was modest, but quite adequate. Kudos to the hotel staff.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the sea and public transportation. The room is warm and cozy, with tables, a kettle, and some dishes. All necessary amenities and dishes can be requested from the hotel reception. There's air conditioning. The bathroom only had liquid soap for showering (it's best to bring your own shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner or buy them). The shower was great: excellent water pressure and heating, with smooth adjustments to the pressure and water mode. Cleaning was done daily. We were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout, which was very convenient. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The TV worked. The only inconvenience was the lack of an elevator. We would recommend this hotel to everyone we know. The price-quality ratio is decent.

Considering the Yalta setting, the hotel was a great value for the money. A large, clean room with a gorgeous balcony (fold-out wooden balcony furniture included) shaded by pine and cypress trees. The hotel is in a quiet location with easy access by car. It has its own on-site parking. The renovations, fixtures, and furnishings are good.

The barrier always takes a long time to open. Something needs to be done about that. In room 404, the streetlight was flickering right in front of the balcony, making it impossible to sleep properly. There was a disco every night. The bathroom faucets were old and sputtered.

A spacious room with a double bed and a fold-out sofa bed. There's a kettle, refrigerator, three tea sets, but no tea/coffee making facilities (which wasn't a problem for us), three sets of towels, and linens for both the sofa and the bed. The shower is clean and not moldy, though it does leak a little. The bathroom is very spacious. There's a huge balcony with mountain views! For the price, this room for a group is simply gorgeous.
It's a little confusing where to go first and where the reception is, but we found everything quickly. There's only a staircase, so if you're staying on a higher floor, you'll have to drag your bags up it. The hotel doors close at 11 PM, so late-night revelers will only get a disapproving look from the waking concierge.

We stayed at the hotel for a week. The embankment is nearby, parking is free, and there's a barrier. Everything matches the photos and description. The staff is very pleasant, and the room is cleaned daily. It's quiet, peaceful, and cozy. We'd love to return to hotels like this and highly recommend it. Thank you! ☺️

We traveled at the end of May, booked one night, stayed at Eton for five, the hotel is simply SUPER, an old, atmospheric building, all of Yalta is at your fingertips, the view is amazing! It is very noisy in the center and on the embankment, if anyone is considering and doubting, feel free to book this hotel — you will not regret it!

A terrible experience after we were not checked into the hotel for a long time. We paid on the website. But the hotel shouted that nothing had been paid and refused to check us in even when we presented confirmation and a receipt! Outrageous! And all of this is the fault of the accountant! She could not find the payment, and when she did, she did not even apologize for the disgraceful meeting and long wait!
The mattresses were so worn out that we slept like in a hammock!

The hotel is located just around the corner, but I found it. My room was on the 4th floor, the pluses were the balcony, the minuses were everything else. Every night either concrete mixers or garbage trucks drove by, the noise was infernal. The refrigerator in the room was incredibly noisy. I contacted the administrator — but no one moved to help. The bathroom was leaking, there was always water in it. The curtain was dirty.
In general, the location was convenient, quiet and calm during the day, the view from the room was of the mountains, the beach, shops and the center were nearby. But the noise and the refrigerator really spoiled the impression. And they also made me check out before 11, although by law hotels are required to check out before 12, which also spoiled the impression.

I have never seen a worse hotel in Crimea, the rooms are simply terrible, there is no smell of renovation there, it was left in the 90s.
Everyone generally gave a damn about room service, the room was dirty, dusty, there was no mirror, there were no slippers, there was almost everything that was indicated in the ad, there was only one hairdryer for the entire hotel, a TV from the 90s and it didn’t work, balconies made of rotten boards, It will fall apart any day now.
They found a cockroach in the corridor, some stupid rules in it, after 23 pm the hotel closes and no one is allowed there, even if you live there…
The administrator was always not there, the attitude of the service staff was bestial.
The rooms are not worth the money at all, the views from the windows are only of the neighboring high-rise buildings.
We rented a room for 5 days, on the 2nd day we were tired of enduring this nightmare, and the circumstances had changed, we decided to move out, talked to the owner of this entire “hotel”, and promised to return the money for the remaining 24 hours.
The 3rd week has passed, the money has not been returned…
They have 2 "I'm a Good Place" signs on their doors for 2022 and 2023, don't believe me.
For me, this hotel and the name "Breeze" are associated only with horror.

I liked everything, clean, large veranda overlooking the mountains and the city. 10 min walk to the embankment. There is a parking space.
They didn’t find it right away, because… Yandex leads in a roundabout way. Then we figured it out, everything turned out to be nearby.

The room is small, but the price-quality ratio is ok. Purely. Hairdryer and iron on request. View from the windows to the courtyard. The sea is nearby.

The hotel is within walking distance from the Yalta embankment, about 2-3 minutes on foot. There is also a dining room, a minimarket, and a wine library nearby. Photo on Daily. Ru. Correspond to reality, the rooms are clean. The hotel administrators are polite! I recommend this hotel.

We barely found it using the navigator! Then we figured it out, there was another road, but for some reason the navigator didn’t lead along it.
The room is big. On the 3rd floor. Gorgeous balcony! Unfortunately, the road passes under his windows. Although it is not the main one, at night it seems that morons from all over Yalta drive along it! They interfere with sleep! And a washing machine picks up the containers somewhere nearby early in the morning.
The room, and the hotel as a whole, is clean.
The staff is polite and friendly. There were no problems for three days. Parking on site.
