A dirty sofa, if you touch it with your hand, something sticky remains on your hand until you wash your hands with soap. Dirt is everywhere, there is mold everywhere in the bathroom, out of 4 light bulbs only 1 works! The light above the bed and above the kitchen table does not work either. The air conditioner hangs below the bed on the "second floor", so it is terribly stuffy there always! It feels like the room has not been thoroughly cleaned since it was built, there is dust and dirt everywhere, the sofa is really disgusting to touch! How can you sit on it? And at the same time, it is luxury! The only luxury is the price! The maid is polite, but she alone cannot cope with the whole hotel. Everywhere is cramped, wretched. There is no convenience at all! It is not comfortable in the courtyard, even just to sit, everything is done only for the picture on the site, in reality it is very cramped, uncomfortable, dirty, there are no other impressions!

The location is next to the bus station, which is very convenient for those traveling without a car. There is a store across the road. A very nice woman administrator, she told and showed everything. The room is on two levels, which is convenient for four people, everything you need was in the room.
The only negative is that the air conditioning in the room was only on the first level, and on the second level the heat was unbearable. But since we were passing through and only stayed for a day, we survived it.

Location near the bus station, grocery stores, we checked in much earlier, we just wanted to ask to leave our things. Polite staff. We stayed for 3 days and during this time there was cleaning. Very nice! I recommend!

I liked that everything was as advertised. Very convenient location. Bus station, central market. The room is cozy and clean, linen and a set of towels, slippers. Fast internet and air conditioning. We vacationed with friends, we loved it! Thanks to the administrator Natalya, she personally came out to meet us and even provided us with a thread and a needle, which we didn’t plan for on the road!

Cozy, clean hotel with unobtrusive service. The room is clean, there is a kitchen. Located near the bus station, from which you can go to anywhere in Crimea. Opposite is the local chain department store Pud. There are two stops to the sea or a 15-minute leisurely walk around Yalta. Exit to the central embankment. Great place for a family holiday.
Comfortable beds with modern mattresses. The room has a bathroom, kitchen, square room. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. The room has two beds, two chairs, a round table, a clothes closet, and a mirror. There is a safe in the closet.

We vacationed for the New Year holidays in 2021, we liked everything. The room was clean and warm. We read a lot of conflicting reviews, we didn’t regret our choice for a second: location, price/quality ratio, kitchenette in the room, attentive staff.
We will come again!

Be careful! It's dangerous to live in this hotel! Gas water heaters are installed right in the bedrooms, serving several rooms. Gas water heaters are NOT allowed to be installed in residential premises. In addition, it also constantly crackles and makes noise when the neighbors turn on the hot water. The renovation of the rooms is old, there are cobwebs in the corners, there is no sound insulation. When checking into the room, it turned out that the shower smelled like the toilets on a train, they kindly agreed to change the room, but it turned out to be a gas water heater. I had to agree, since I only needed to spend one night. The hotel does not correspond to the stated price tag at all. The plumbing is broken, you have to hold the shower head with your hands, as it is not fastened, the photo shows that the door to the balcony did not lock, it is dangerous to leave valuables, since the room is on the 2nd floor and there was a gazebo right next to it on the 1st floor, on local cats came to the balcony 😺. There is a common gazebo in the yard, so some guests were partying all night, I made comments, but it was all useless, the administrator did not react to the noise.
There is only one plus — a beautiful well-kept area with parking for 6 cars.

Cozy, comfortable rooms. The room has its own private bathroom and its own kitchenette with a refrigerator and utensils. It's a leisurely 20-30 minute walk to the sea; there are many interesting shops along the way.
