Very nice place, it's a good place to spend a couple of days there in San Jose. Not very modern but very well kept and the restaurant is very good. Very comfortable rooms as well as very nice bathrooms.

Modern Hotel with a different touch in every space. Comfortable rooms, impeccably clean, quality bedding, air conditioning and coffee maker. Breakfast included very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is located in front of a beautiful park with the museums. The hotel offers free bikes for walks. The center is located a mile away. The area is secure, surrounded by restaurants banks and supermarkets. Public transport and taxis at the hotel's doorstep.

Safe place, contemporary style. Good for when you want to stay for business, or for a night before heading back to the airport after your holiday. There is a small breakfast menu and mini market. Staff are very friendly. It has a lift in case you are worried about that luggage.

Very nice staff. You will get charged for an extra person in a room with two queen beds for a third person. It can get a little tedious asking for 3 or more towels every night. Breakfast is good a traditional Costa Rican breakfast.

Stayed at this hotel for five days. Location is very good, about 15-20 min walk from downtown, depending on your speed. It is about 30-45 minutes by taxi from the airport, depending on the traffic. Accommodation was comfortable, staff very helpful and nice, room was cleaned every day. Bed very comfortable. The included breakfast is a bonus, not huge, but enough to get you going for the day. Fresh coffee, juice, etc. Air conditioned, although we didn't really need to use it. Didn't take photos, but the photos that are available on the Web on different sites are accurate. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful hotel with decor pretty design. Excellent liiterie. Small points to be corrected, however : the person to accommodate to the exit of the taxi (it should be self-push carts service), the rooms are very noisy (no soundproofing with the hallway), and it is a little to the center on foot.

I have stayed at Parque Del Lago my last 2 trips to San Jose and plan to return. I like its location by sabana park and the museum, downtown, restaurant, but, most importantly the beds are comfy, quiet, and clean and you can't beat the friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to make everything perfect. We love it.

A really nice stay in Central San Jose. A superbly clean hotel. The beds were awesome and comfortable. Highly recommended for an affordable but pleasant stay in San Jose. (The only complaint was breakfast. It is ready early and then stays out all morning — but su let me ask for freshly made eggs — service great)

A place that is comfortable and nice, I used the services for a training and the staff is nice. The restaurant service is very efficient and with a pleasant taste.

Stayed there for only a night. We arrived early before checkin time but staff was nice enough to give us a room right away. Room was a bit smaller than photos but very clean. Extremely like their bed and lining as they are super comfortable! Next morning we had free breakfast and it had more choices than regular continental breakfast.

An excellent Hotel to spend 3 nights there and a very central location and easy access to the city. And what more spectacular than this next to la Sabana Park. I hope to return soon. Pura Vida!

Very good, the hotel is simple but modern, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, the food is first class and the restaurant Icons is excellent. The people permanently wondering if you need something with a smile. Another thing to note is the location, near the Paseo Colon and parque La Sabana. Highly recommended.
