Awesome place. Tho when we went it was super dead (we got there on a Monday mid august), but hung on the patio had full access to everything we needed. Beach was amazing, awesome sand, awesome waves!

This was my second visit to this this resort. Great customer service. Food and drinks are always good at the tiki bar. Rooms are cleaned daily. I will definitely be coming back. Josh.

This little place on the beach is really nice. The staff is attentive, and the owners are too! They really made us feel welcome.

I m a local and surfer got a beer at The bar and went to take a shower and a woman general manager came out shouting at me. Saying I can not use the showers.

Spending an afternoon is your refreshing bar says it all, agile service.

Great place. Very good location. Comfortable rooms. No frigobar. Some rooms have no windows. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice swimming pool. Direct access to the beach. Own parking. Security.

Very clean, spacious rooms, pool, good season in the restaurant free Wi-Fi, the bad thing is that if you smoke you must leave the hotel completely and in the area that overlooks the beach should put some beds for guests.

This place is amazing. Quiet, great food, nicely appointed. About. 8 miles from the central district, but that's pretty helpful if you have children or like quiet.

The hotel is really good, the room, the pool and the restaurants look really nice, if you like Gallo pinto for breakfast, you will love theirs. And not only that, though. Props to the chef, I've stayed there a couple of times in one year and the food never disappoints me. I took a couple of stars because in my last stay I saw cockroaches in the main hallway and also I saw one right next to the steps in the first floor. But the stay in general was really good nonetheless.

Located on the beach, I had chosen for this, I have reserved a room so small that we barely entered the bed, with the windows that gave on the entrance hallway. A place of an incredible squalor, experience not to be repeated and not recommend.

The view was stunning and the hotel was very clean and maintained. The food was also extremely delicious in their restaurant "Breakers". This place would've gotten a 5 stars if my brand new shoes had not been STOLEN! That's the worst feeling to come to your room and something was taken from you. I spoke with the front desk and all she did was hand me a contact card that was already displayed on the front desk. I emailed the hotel and have yet to get a reply. So if you plan to stay here make sure to watch your items or take your valuables with you. Even though it had some pros I won't stay here again. I don't think it's fair to give them all this money just to be robbed.

Location is fantastic. Views from the pool and bar are great. Live music at the bar. Easy beach walk to downtown Jaco. Food and drinks are okay but really pricey. Workers are helpful and friendly. The room we got was a cave, no windows, dark, and quiet. Good for catching up on sleep but otherwise it encourages you to get out of the room.

Great location. No food after 7 pm. Rooms need refurbishment. Old soggy mattress. Average price $120 room for 2. Spacious room.

Basic but clean accomodation with beautifull garden. A litle bit out of the city centre but very close to the beach.

The Jaco Laguna Beach Resort, is a a short walk from the heart of Jaco. Great location for the family, lovers or solo travelers. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily, all rooms have a view of the pool and beach. The staff was very informative and helpful. Food and drinks at the Tiki Bar watching soccer made for great atmosphere. I'd like to to thank EVERYONE including hurricane Imra, for making my first time experiencing the Pura Vida way of life a very memorable one. I returned home very relaxed and 8 lbs lighter!

I had friends tell me they love this place. I stayed one night and was very impressed. The value was great. The place is very very clean, the staff was great, and it was a great price. We had the 3rd floor so we walked out the door to an amazing ocean and pool view. It took me exactly 105 step from my door to the beach. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Jaco. I will also recommend this place to anyone who is interested in staying at the South end of Jaco Beach. This is the quite end if the beach with the better surf.

I cannot say enough about how amazing our stay was at Jaco Laguna. I gave it 4 stars simply because I do not want people to think it is a traditional 5 star hotel but when I rate the staff and the experience it was a 10. We felt safe and protected and attended to at all times, yet it was chill and relaxed surf hotel. The surf instructors were amazing and I feel like it is a place I can return again and again with my kids.

Highly highly recommend this place. Only 26 rooms so it is not crowded. Off the beaten path and does not feel touristy at all. Pool and beach access on the property. Pool / beach front bar and restaurant reasonably priced. You can walk into town (a decent walk) or a cab for $3 (1, 500 local). They have a lady that comes on the property for massages. They arrange everything for you — whether jungle hikes, ride to the airport, taxi, laundry, etc. Excellent service and excellent maid staff that keeps the place clean. Can't say enough good things about this place and Costa Rica in general.

Just returned from a vacation here and LOVED it! Would recommend to anyone wanting a paradise resort in Costa Rica!

Incredible beachfront property with everything you need on-site. Super clean and newly built. Friendly staff and amazing restaurant.

Had an awesome stay! Very clean rooms and grounds. Very attentive staff! They hooked us up with fishing… Caught sails and rooster fish. Got lobster from some locals and hotel cook staff prepared them for us! Terrific TIKI bar… great tropical drinks! Outdoor poolside massages! If you cant relax here… You cant relax! Cant wait to go back!

Best hotel in Jaco. Newly built with the best access to the beach and surf. Incredible restaurants and great laid back environment.

NEVER RESERVE HERE! This hotel has the WORST customer service ever and is not to be trusted. My family and I reserved this hotel a year in advanced for a vacation together after so many years of not seeing each other only to find out a WEEK before we were supposed to arrive there that they made a mistake on the reservations and half of our so carefully made reservations were canceled. They did not even offer to help us find another hotel, they simply said "Oh well" and that we should call other hotels soon. You cannot trust that this hotel will keep any reservations and if you hope to actually get a room, I recommend going anywhere else.

This is the "Best" place in Jaco by far! They also have the "Best" service in the restaurant and bar than anywhere in Costa Rica! Hands down! (and I have traveld to CR 25+ times an stayed in the biggest an best resorts in the country! ) They make you feel very welcome and make your experience their more than comforting by introducing you to the laid back Pura Vida lifestyle. I enjoyed the time they set aside for me and showing me around the beautiful location. During my week of scouting different properties; this resorts atmosphere, service, and location was the best of all. (Henry and all girls service at the restaurant/bar were exceptional) I truly had a great experience at the Jaco Laguna Resort and I hope to come back later this year. Thank you for the genuine hospitality and the providing the relaxing and comfortable accommodations. I look forward to staying again in the near future and plan on visiting this resort for years to come.
