I landed at the airport in the evening and was picked up by the courtesy bus for a 5 minutes drive. I received a warm welcome and went straight to my room, which was well appointed with a large comfy bed. Early morning after a refreshing shower I walked in the hotel grounds birdwatching and found some good birds, including some Magpie Jays which I never saw again on my trip. I then had a wonderful breakfast with a wide variety of food including local fare. I then left after a brief but enjoyable stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful providing an excellent start to my time in Costa Rica.

Finally arrived! The hotel is beautiful, Very clean, the staff top friendly, rooms are air-conditioned, you have a small kitchen with you (fridge, microwave, coffee machine) which I find very great! Price is slightly expensive 145dollars+15 For breakfast. But otherwise I can only recommend!

Great place. We had a situation with the payment and it was resolved a time soon. The breakfasts are from heaven. Recommended and at a very affordable price.

Tidy, less than 5 minutes from the airport, pretty good bar, okay food, friendly staff. A really good choice for the night before an early morning flight.

The staff at this hotel were all really amazing! Very professional, courteous and kind. It's also really close to the airport so it great for staying when you have a flight the next day etc. We also ate at the restaurant while we were there and the food was really well cooked, and came out hot. The service within the restaurant could have been more prompt however, we were tired and didnt mind the relaxed tempo between table visits.

Great facility and convenient location. Rooms and beds are comfortable and very clean. The staff was very friendly and lounge was excellent (great margaritas thanks to our bar tender/Helen).

Great location in proximity to Liberia Airport. Very nice hotel and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel restaurant had great offerings. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Very nice staff. Excellent pool and ammeties. The AC is just loud in the room, only on max fan and cycles all night every few minutes plus with a loud flushing noise after each shutdown. Restless sleep from the noise.

I stayed here 3/9/18 … they double charged me on my room & I still haven’t been able to get a refund. And, one of the ladies I was traveling with was double charged at the gift shop. Wondering if this is common practice towards visitors leaving the country?!

Delicious breakfast. Very comfortable and comfortable room. Nothing listen from the outside of the room. The curtains give a perfect darkness to sleep late.

First time in costa rica and near airport. Perfect place to stay after long day of travel. Then we we are going on a relaxing vacation. Nice transition into our trip.

This is a suitable hotel if you are in transit to the aiport and you need a short stay. There is nothing around the hotel and you cannot walk anywhere if you need anything. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The pool area does not have enough lounge chairs. It is a very convenient 5 min drive to the airport.

This is a nice reprieve after spending time in nosara, the service here is fast and friendly. The rooms are beautiful, the upkeep and maintenance on the hotel is fantastic, outdoor pool was sparkling and the perfect temperature. Tons of options on the room service menu — not too many options in the areas for hotels but this one is great!

Oooh, such wonderful beds! Perfect down pillows! Snuggly sheets! Carpeted floors — no sandals needed. Comfy bathtub for soaking sore feet after sandy beaches. Large, pristine swimming pool complemented by comfy chairs, tables, & loungers. Courteous, efficient staff. Timely elevators. Clean. 5 minutes from the Liberia airport makes it the perfect last stop before flying home.

Very nice hotel that is extremely close to the airport… The entire land area is very new all the rooms are clean and comfortable with a very friendly and helpful staff full bar breakfast and food available but not included.

This is a nice new hotel… If you've ever stayed at a Hilton Garden then you know what to expect… Normal chain hotel stuff… The staff is friendly and speaks enough English to get you what you need… Breakfast is not complementary… But it is available. Full restaurant and bar… and you can literally throw a baseball on to the landing strip of Liberia Airport… It is that close.

We arrived with another couple upon check-in the clerk arranged to have us be on the same floor. Great we thought. Because of the location of the hotel the first thing we did was open the windows to see what we expected to be a fantastic view of the surroundings. What we got was a view of hotel air conditioner system. When we asked to be moved. We were informed that it was not possible. We paid the same as others who had a much better view. That sorta ruined our experience. The pool was awesome, food was good everything else was awesome. Service was otherwise great. Shuttle to airport was great too.

Beds are comfortable, staff is friendly. Restaurant was good. Its a great place of you need to catch an early flight out of Liberia. There isn't much around other than the hotel and the airport, that's the only downside. Free shuttle to the airport.

The bed is delicious, the restaurant with. Very rich food. What surprised me is that the. Breakfast is not included. But in general. It's good.

The experience was great, everything went as expected and you get what you want from a Hilton hotel experience. My only issue was the dinner menu which didn't have the best food, however the breakfast made up for it in the morning. All in all, it was a nice hotel and I was satisfied with my stay.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds, and delicious meals in the dining room, including the huge breakfast buffet. The kids loved the fresh fruit smoothies and the waffle maker! The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was much appreciated.

My boyfriend and I stay here for extended periods of time while we are working nearby part of the year. We absolutely love staying here. The staff is super friendly, the bed is super comfortable, Wi-Fi is reliable, there is AC and a nice shower. It's super convenient staying here especially with it being 5 mins from the airport. If you are looking for a spot where you can get a good nights rest and feel super comfortable, this is the place!

The staff and hotel were really nice. No complaints there. I have to say though, the convenience store charges were beyond unreasonable. 8 bucks for a bottle of water, 10 bucks for a bag of chips? This isn’t the fault of staff so I still give em 5 stars. Extremely pleasant to our family and the pool was great.

The room was pretty standard. Clean and nice. The staff was definitely a highlight, very courteous, knew about our tour group, and even called us to inform us of a change to the itinerary. The restaurant was quite good both for dinner and breakfast.

If you think it's very prestigious this hotel, you'd be in conflict. It smells of moisture from the folder and they charge you for everything. I made a local call for a pizza and they charged me $5 per mark. We checked the phone for information on this and found nothing. I don't plan on going back to a Hilton for a while. I hope my experience has been informative.

Great place to stay a night or two, bed was nice, rooms are clean. Landry exercise equipment and pool. Only 4 stars cause there is nothing around if you don't have a car.

The toilet in our bathroom was broken and the towel rack fell off the wall. The windows and mirrors were filthy and the building is in pretty poor shape with carpet stains and scuff marks all over the place. This hotel did not meet my expectations for a Hilton property. The beakfast was great and there are lots of fat american tourists for people watching.

It was an overall great experience… The weight room was very clean and nice. The entire hotel was clean and was up to date. All of the staff that was working there were all fantastic and did their jobs very, very well. The location is beautiful all-around. The rooms were amazing and clean. Overall, a perfect experience.

Great hotel with a huge pool and fully functional gym. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay here when your in Liberia.

Coming in to the airport late, the hotel had a shuttle ready and waiting for us, which was so nice and convenient. The hotel is newly constructed and is very modern. The rooms were very comfortable and the restaurant/bar had excellent service (get the ceviche). I thought their pool was really nice and the landscaping was very well maintained. It was also really easy to catch a quick cab ride into downtown Liberia. Overall, great experience.

The first time we stayed in this hotel we had a great experience. The second time, we had no hot water. We had to call more than 3 times and wait over an hour. The hot water is still not fixed. Over $150 room for one night with no hot water. No thanks.

This hotel offers a shuttle to and from Liberia International Airport. It's very clean and offers all the amenities that you would be accustomed to with a Hilton hotel. It has a store with great selection of items which includes a "Britt" section. There's a restaurant which is pretty good with a full bar, and the hotel offers free breakfast which is pretty decent. There's a pool and fitness room, and the hotel itself is pretty clean. I would definitely come back here, as it's one of the only places you can consider a standard hotel in the country.

Stayed here one night before flying out early next morning. Was in the pool with husband and family for 30 minutes, I have blonde hair. After showering my sister in law noticed my hair was green upon further inspection it was not just green, but looked as if I had completely dyed the bottom half of my hair turquoise green/blue… I have heard of a little chlorine discoloring kids hair that spend too much time in the pool during the summers but this was unbelievable and definitely unwarranted. The best part? It did not wash out or go away with a wash or two, I returned home and have spent $200 in two days to remedy this and ultimately had to chop of 4 inches of my gorgeous locks off… although hair is hair and it will grow back and there are far worse things happening in our world right now, this is so saddening to me! The chemicals in the pool were not just off they were a wreck. Such an easy thing to avoid, in my opinion.

The inn was great. No problems at all with the room or amenities there. I did however encounter some really poor customer service at their restaurant for dinner. As a single dude stuck at the hotel (due to a flight), I was brought to my own table and promptly forgotten throughout dinner. I had to wave down a server for literally everything, from food all the way to the bill. It was pretty disheartening. Breakfast was much better though, so maybe it was just a tough night for them. I would've given 5 stars otherwise, but I'll leave it at 4 for the dinner service problems.

As other reviews mentioned, watch out for charges to magically appear on your bill. My credit card company will resolve the matter, but it's a serious annoyance. I travel often, and the staff here were amongst the worst I've experienced. They may be instructed by management to act this way if they are trying to squeeze pennies out of guests, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. As for the room, it had bugs flying around in it, the Wi-Fi didn't work well, nor did the air conditioning or the TV, and the room smelled of smoke (like a forest fire). I was so tired these things would have just been aggravations, but the billing and customer service put it over the top. Although the location is easy for airport access, I would NEVER stay here again.

My family and I were looking forward for a good shower before returning home, but they did not had water. I asked for refund and they refused saying that I should ask Orbitz. Then I contacted Orbitz and Orbitz contacted them and they said I should had complained with them before. Liars. Besides that they did not have enough waiters in the restaurant, toilet sit was broken and the bed was so soft that I kept bumping on my son in the middle of the bed.

The airport although small got the job done. I found the Costa Ricans as a whole very lovely people. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Careful! I've had two charges on my visa and contacted them several days ago to have one reversed — no contact yet!

Wonderful hotel, great rooms, great service. The only negatives is the pricing of their snacks and food, but that's just typical of any hotel.

Okay for an airport hotel. Basic room and facilities. Two problems I had with the stay here: There is no drinking water supplied with the room and the only place to get water is at the kiosk by the lobby for $5 a small bottle. I know you're going to pay a premium, but that is blatant gouging. Secondly, when I booked online I was given the impression continental breakfast was included with the room. It wasn't. I'm not sure if this was the policy the hotel, or Ileana at the front desk, but another example of squeezing a few more pennies. Left a bad taste.

A necessary calamity. Just returned from visiting Costa Rica and Nicaragua as part of an incredible tour. The Hilton was the tour’s beginning. Not really a great omen, but I did not know I was beginning in what would, thank the Universe, be the lowest point of the tour. After a very long immigration line, ridiculously caused by two very slow, almost at standstill velocity immigration officers, we looked forward to a nice meal and comfy beds. The Hilton Inn bus took a while to pick us all up even when they were called several times. The pace seemed to be part of the island overall lull. Throughout the week I did learn that twenty minutes (the standard given time from anything and everything) could be anywhere from forty to sixty minutes. The Hilton’s service (though slow) was very friendly. The few employees tried their best to be agreeable and accommodating. Everyone a sweetheart. For a Hilton, I was surprised by the filth collected on the carpet corners, the smell of damp, the dust sleeping unashamed on top of the pool terrace tables. Plates of uneaten room serviced breakfast food loafed all day in front of guests’ locked doors. Unpicked. Overlooked, perhaps forgotten. I ate at the restaurant two nights. It is okay food, unmemorable. I had room service food once and I still have nightmares. The thought of the charred surface, but raw bleeding meat, the freezer cold bite of the hamburger haunts me.

Just your basic room. Menu was not what I would have expected at a Hilton Hotel. Had a chicken pasta with a sauce that tasted like it came in a can. Chicken was cut into small cubes. Hmmmm.

I stayed here a couple of nights on a quick trip with a friend to the sunny beaches of Costa Rica. The place was clean, well provisioned and convenient to our travels. It was great that the airport and rental car agency was close by too. We hopped off the plane, grabbed a rental car, checked into the hotel and used this as our base of travels for this quick trip to paradise. Could not have been easier and well recommended for those who follow! Just know that this is an "airport hotel" and there's not much in the immediate vicinity. You'll need to get a rental car and/or driver and travel to the beach or city.

Stayed there for 1 night. Staff were very friendly and tried to make sure all guests were satisfied with their stay. The place was very clean, people were friendly and staff knew English.

It is the best hotel in Liberia, Liberia airport in front just 2 minutes. Also 10 minutes from the main city of Guanacaste. Close to the main beaches of this beautiful province and recreation centres such as the hot springs of the old corner and Bagaces.
The free shuttle Hotel-Airport — Hotel is very convenient as well as free Internet service.
The unique bed system called "Garden Sleep System" will allow you to have a complete rest.
In the restaurant you can enjoy the best food in a pleasant and elegant atmosphere.
Definitely the best option when you visit Guanacaste already is for business or holiday.
