The place is nice to spend the day and the consumer prices are ok, also the pool staff very attentive.
However, I do not recommend it to stay. In the room that touched us the mattress was sunken and the springs felt, had a very bad night. Then when I mention it at reception, the young man mentioned to me that they had already reported it before, so I don't understand why they gave it to us.

This place is beautiful with all the accommodations. People there are so friendly and trustworthy. Food is amazing everything is just breathtaking.

I do not recommend going to this place with small children. The rooms are very long from the thermal ones. In the rooms as such we never got the hot water out of the shower and with small children this is essential. It seems to me that you should have more control by the staff in the thermals people do not respect the bubbles and there is no one to put order in that sense so much so that we prefer to retire with the boys of the place.

Everything is very nice, the food is very excellent, good Shef good service in the dining room, reception, the rooms in the thermal waters.

The hot springs are beautiful, but as for the rooms for what they are worth you can get something better. I recommend only the hot springs but not staying.

The hot springs inside a beautiful mountain are a beauty. Good service and exquisite food! Very clean facilities and a friendly, quiet and courteous atmosphere!

Great place. Since arrival super attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, the restaurant boys very attentive and helpful. The pool was very nice and the pool was very comfortable. To rest and relax and enjoy the place is super recommended. Ahhh and the Firulais is the best host.

Starting from the moment I quoted the price in Wasap, the reply was immediate. Followed by the excellent attention of the employees, exquisite food and ending with a hot springs surrounded by a majestic forest, flora and fauna at its finest. 100% recommended.

Site really nice, good service and very affordable prices. 100% recommend the massage. What if you need to change is all the plastic used on the ranch to the time of serving food and drink. At least use biodegradable materials.

The facilities of The springs are nothing nice, appeared to me to be neglected. The pass of the day does not include towels and you can not enter any type of food and the service in the restaurant is not pleasing me.

Our family (kids 7+10) really liked this place!
Authentic jungle feeling with no other foreigners in sight. Different pools with different temperatures from 30c to 48c. We liked the 39c best! Very reasonable prices, we paid 6000 per adult and 3000 per child. You have to remember to bring your own towels, cash for the bar and a little bit patience for the walk down to the springs.
Don’t forget to ask for a lock for the lockers! …
A lot of animals in the surrounding jungle, we heard a lot of howler monkeys! Friendly staff!

The hot springs were amazing. The bartender was very helpful and the springs were very nice, ranging from warm to very hot.

The site where are the springs excellent, in the middle of the forest, all natural, the service in the bar very good, very good attention, the path to where are the springs, very neat and without any danger at all, I recommend it.

These springs were warm and cozy at 43°C or 110 °F, you’re basically in a natural Jacuzzi in the middle of the jungle! The great thing about these springs was the bar service, they bring your drink to the pool! Get the pineapple Pina Coladas, these are made with the freshest and sweetest pineapples you'll ever taste at US$5 each. Towels are also provided and can be picked up at the front gate.

We have been coming here, year after year. The hot springs are alongside a river in the jungle. The people who work here are friendly and competent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is very good. The price is very reasonable. What more would you want.

Nice Place, the only thing that I liked is that the swimming pools of thermal waters are very small, but the place itself is very nice.

The beds are of pietre quality and the bedding is worn out. The contour sheet did not hold around the mattress. The food was small and medium quality. This hotel is far from the city Fe Fortuna which makes us isolated has less FE pay a taxi at a high price. The only positive point of this place are CWR thermal baths which are located in dense forest.
I do not recommend this place…

Excellent and relaxing place, you can enjoy hot springs in the middle of the forest. Full of flora and fauna of the rainforest. It has a Spa and massage services.

At the beginning of the night, small path through the forest illuminated by a mysterious light, magical arrival in these pools of hot springs amid the shadows of the forest.

I did not stay in this place, we only visited its hot springs. A truly charming place, as to get to the hot springs you cross a beautiful forest by a descending staircase and beautiful bridges over the creek. There are several thermal pools with different temperatures clearly marked. These range from 36 to 46 degrees. What a nice and relaxing experience.

The resort was alright, it had amenities such as breakfast lunch and dinner, the views were amazing, the hot springs we're nice, but the rooms were mediocre at best. There were bugs everywhere! In the bedroom, the bathroom even moreso, and sometimes you didn't even have hit running water. My biggest issue was the quality of the bathrooms and insulation (I was able to see outside through The space between my front door and wall when it was closed) but the service was nice and the experience was somewhat enjoyable. All in all, it may have not been the greatest experience but it went okay.

The rooms very comfortable, clean, the treatment in reception and the restaurant very good. The breakfast was very rich. The hot springs are very nice, in the heart of the forest, the scene of the forest is beautiful. The paddocks of the farm are insurmountable. Very quiet to relax. The thermal waters are a little far from the rooms… but it serves to exercise and enjoy the view. Highly recommended.

We stayed at thermales del bosque for two nights and loved it. It's a very green, natural place, with flowers all over, the whole area is very integrated into the nature. To get to the hot springs, you walk for a couple of hundred meters through the forest, until eventually reaching pools of different temperatures in the middle of the jungle, awesome! The bungalow had a lot of space, good kitchen equipment, and everything is clean. The restaurant has very tasty, typical breakfast (don't know about dinner because we went out) and the staff was very friendly. Absolutely recommendable!

Tuvimos la oportunidad de escoger habitación. Por recomendación pedimos una de las 40s (Las mejores son las 40s y 50s) La habitación estaba limpia, bien ordenada y es acogedora. Tiene a/c, television, un baño espacioso, una cama tamaño matrimonial y una individual (tengo entendido que hay otras habitaciones con 2 matrimoniales), un escritorio y 2 mesitas de noche y Wi-Fi gratis. En la habitación sólo se escuchan algunos pajaritos afuera; muy agradable. El parqueo está a unos 25 metros de la habitacion y tiene acceso a silla de ruedas. El restaurante está al lado de la recepción, osea a unos 50 metros de la habitación. El restaurante es acogedor, los precios bastante accesibles (almuerzo típico aprox 6000 colones en agosto 2017), el menú es variado y en general muy bien. Las aguas termales están a 1.4 km de la recepción. Los primeros 800 metros en asfalto llegan a un parqueo y 400 metros caminando. Una silla de ruedas entraría con mucha dificultad, el sendero es de piedra sumamente quebrado. Hay un carrito que los lleva de la recepción al parqueo de las aguas termales cada hora. Cuando llegan a las piletas de las aguas termales hay un snack bar, donde hacen cócteles, granizados, dan cerveza nacional y un par de extranjeras, además ofrecen comida rapida previamente preparada. Cada pileta de las aguas termales tiene el agua a diferentes temperaturas, desde 48 a 30 grados Celsius. El lugar en medio del bosque al lado de un río es perfecto para relajarse.

Relaxing, restrooms and showers near the springs, not 5 stars because bar near springs doesn't offer much variety of small foods.

The food in the restaurant was excellent. However, the site of the hot Springs is small and the facilities could be improved. It is also enjoyed in them.

Great place for a quick visit. This place has simple but clean and beautiful rooms, well-kept gardens and an included breakfast with great variety. The hotel is located in a huge property that has thermal pools. The visit to the natural hot springs is included so you don't have to pay additional fees. My only suggestion would be that the facilities surrounding the thermal pools are lacking maintenance, it's a great place with lots of nature and it's worth bringing back to the glorious days. During a short visit to the springs I saw a huge Morpho butterfly, a glimpse of the nature surrounding this beautiful place.

Very affordable and enjoyable place to stay. The room and grounds were very well kept. It seems more like a spot that Costa Ricans go on vacation to, not a really touristy place. The hot springs were lovely and the massages and horse back riding were a great value. Breakfast was also very tasty. I would definitely return.

Dinner and breakfast very poor. They have a very bad cook. The spa with bar is highly recommended. The hotel does not.

A wonderful place to spend rest, relax and get in touch with nature. The best hot springs in the area. They should only improve the mattresses of the beds and the Internet, otherwise perfect.

Beautiful views of the volcanos in the area. Nice breakfast free for all guests. Horse back riding at a very reasonable rate (~$10/hr). AND most importantly to me, wonderful natural hot springs at the end of an 800 meters walk which is safely developed and lit. Fantastic experience, wonderful nice people.
