Hola, amigos. I want to specifically commend your wonderful staff at your resort. All of them are beyond amazing and played an important role in making our stay with you so pleasurable. They all treated us like family with smiles, wit, cheer, professionalism, and impeccable service. There are many whose names I didn't get or can't recall, and others to whom I must give honorable mention: From our first morning, Adrian Rodriguez made us feel so special and welcome simply because we remembered him from our brief stay with you 2 years before. He welcomed us like family and has become our forever friend. Also among your dining room staff we were treated with such warmth, humor and personal recognition by Jose Miranda, who we came to look forward to seeing each day. Every day he served us a smiles on the inside. Your hostesses greeted us with the most charm, and it was a pleasure to have Nelly cook our eggs to order. There are other dining room staff whose names I'm sorry to not recall. The manager was always attentive. Mikael gave us wonderful and personal service during our dining experience at Las Ventanas. We loved your bar staff, all of whom took wonderful and attentive care of us. Danny, Jerry, Raul and Ranald all deserve special recognition for their parts in making our trip special and keeping our thirst quenched. The horseback riding guides were exceptional, as was the tour. Our huge thanks go to Nano, Oscar, and William for making it such an exciting adventure and one we will always remember. Other tour guides at Club Rio who were terrific were, Harley, who took us on a lovely and informative nature tour, and I'm not sure of the our guide's name who took us through the sanctuary; Keitel (? ), but he was great also. We loved everything about our stay with you. I did fill out the questionnaire at the end of our stay, and rushed through to comment on your staff on your ipad by reception, but they were ALL so wonderful that it feels important to me to recognize those I can by name for their incredible service.
