They are so warm, friendly and accommodating. The property is 5 hecacres and filled with lots of nature! Beautiful plantsVery relaxing environment!

What an amazing place! Way too many nice things to be said; planning to go back again next year, so much to explore!

The attention of the STAFF excellent, the food is exquisite. The facilities of the hotel very good. In the end everything was excellent, I highly recommend it. We will come back.

A great place to stay in Cano Negro. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend taking the boat tour. (frog tour tonight! )

The hosts were amazing. The grounds are beautiful and we saw so much incredible wildlife. The hotel is very clean and had real AC! Not just fans. They garden is beautiful to walk through and they have signs telling you what all the unique trees and bushes are. Lots of exotic fruits that they also served with their complimentary breakfast. The pool was such a great feature in the hot and humid weather. Cleaned every night. The food was great as well. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi didn't work very well, mostly never. But with the things to see and do, it wasn't that big of a deal. I highly recommend this place as it was our absolute favorite place in Costa Rica.

Nice place. Very quiet. Run by a friendly family. We had a great dinner and fantastic boat tour. Difficult to reach: dust road for an hour from the main road.

This Hotel was definitely the Highlight of our whole Trip to Costa Rica. To come there, you have to drive ca. 20km of a gravel road but get rewarded with an amazing, remote location in the middle of Costa Rican nature, which you would definitely not find in a more urban place! The staff was more than welcoming from the first second on, always helpful and making sure we had the best time. The owner showed us around their property and the beautiful botanical gardens by himself, taking a lot of time to explain us everything. They speak spanish, french, italian, english and german so no matter where you come from it is easy to communicate and you always have someone to have a nice chat with. The rooms are clean and comfortable, enough space for 3 people in one room. The pool is new and clean as well, great to relax in the afternoon. If you travel to Hotel de Campo it is a must to eat in the Hotels' restaurant (try the Tenderloin! ). The local cuisine is tasty and Patricia's Pasta makes you feel like you're in Italy We saw some reviews talking about the food being too expensive, which we can not understand as for the quality it is definitely worth it! If you want to eat cheap food you should go to a Soda, but please don't expect anything tasty. We made a tour with Alonso, which was definitely the best tour we did on our whole trip. We saw tons and animals and he was so friendly and you could really feel how he loved showing us all Caño Negro has to offer.

Restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Features hand carved tables, tree trunk posts supporting the roof, and plants screening the restaurant from the parking lot. Good service and good food.

Excellent place to clear the mind, extremely quiet, cosy and with a natural beauty lush.
